Lovely breakfast spot in Stockport. The service was great and the food was very tasty. We had the avocado on sourdough. Good kombucha selection too.

Cozy local café with a wide range of inclusive food options.

We had a Veganzilla breakfast each (pictured) and the presence of a ‘large’ vegan cooked breakfast option, let alone a range of options, was a very pleasant and rare surprise when you’re used to just one in most places.

Pleasant decor and atmosphere, child and dog friendly, just an all-round nice local coffee spot!

Arrived in Stockport just in time for lunch on Friday. Needed a gluten and egg free option and the chef went all out to cater for me. Hash brown, avocado, halloumi, roasted red peppers with seeds and sweet chili sauce, yum! Loved it so much, went back Saturday for more lunch. Added bacon tonthe dish and it was delish!

Service was restaurant quality. I was asked about my meal and if anything was needed, I got smiles from all the staff too which was lovely at 9am. The food was delicious. I had the Godzilla which was the big breakfast. It certainly filled me up so the quantity was spot on for the price. Atmosphere was like a lively summer gig with music in the background, a disco ball and monkey teddies all over. Brilliant establishment

I went to Funky Monkey to have breakfast with my best friend. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Luckily we were able to get a seat before the big rush! There were groups of families (with young children), couples, friends and lots of small dogs. It was a buzzing atmosphere. The food was excellent and filling. Great value for money. We will definitely return.

Great food, very good service and a lovely atmosphere. Dietary requirements such as vegan and gluten free are well catered for too . Would definitely recommend!
