My poochon loves going to fur babies. She goes in looking like Oscar the Grouch and comes out a velvety ball of perfection. The staff here are caring to the pets which makes her visit less stressful, they get to know your dog and provide a full range of grooming services. I recommend Fur Babies to everyone, especially if your dog is nervous of being groomed.

I have a young dog, determined to do what it wants, bite any groomer, and be very bad behaviour during whole grooming. I also suggested putting a muzzle. But his behaviour changed since it has been at Fur Babies Spa. It was another dog, well behaved, and enjoyed the whole grooming process. It was happy all the way back home, stress free, another dog. My dog will be at Fur Babies Spa for how long it will be open. Fur Babies Spa, thanks to care for my dog. Lovely services . ❤️

I’ve used Furbabies for the past year. While I can’t fault the actual grooming, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On three occasions, my appointment time has been changed without communication. I am notified by a text message reminding me of my appointment (at a different time to the time agreed) 24-48 hours beforehand. When I’ve raised this with the staff, they apologise and tell me it won’t happen again. But it does.
My dog had an emergency overnight stay in the vets the day before his grooming appointment. I phoned three times, first thing in the morning to advise them, apologise and ask for the appointment to be RESCHEDULED. None of my phone calls were answered, nor my voicemails listened to. I received a phone call 10 mins after the start time of the appointment asking where my dog was. When I explained for a fourth time where my dog was (I was clearly distressed), the member of staff thought it appropriate to highlight their charge for no-shows. I was not a no-show, I had made several attempts to contact them, this was an emergency situation and I was asking to reschedule, not cancel.
Earlier this year, they changed softwares. They managed to carry over all owners contact information but none of the information for the dogs in respect of what they usually have done, allergies, owners requests etc.
Sadly, I didn’t see the point in raising the changed appointment issue for a third time when I took my dog in today. I have booked elsewhere moving forward.

Wonderful service as always. Woody who is very nervous always seems happy and settled when I pick him up and groomed beautifully. Highly recommend
