Dear All the amazing staff at AL,

The NHS team had an amazing time at this venue for a Diwali get together for 25 people. A nice area was reserved for the whole team. Service was absolutely spot on, with care and kindness meeting individuals requirement for orders. Staff were patient with us, dispute how noisey we were. Everyone loved the food, not forgetting the drinks. Mitesh was amazing always attending each table and giving attention to all, we were hard work but they were extremely patient with us all. Due to the area being in the corner of the restaurnat we had the priviiege to have our own little dancefloor, the staff gave us the ipad to be in control of the music...lol. We really do appreciate the service and would definetly be doing another event here. Apologies to the owner and staff for the hig level of noise, however i know they enjoyed it lol. Thank You from the CLCH Team NHS. All the best for the future.

The location of the hotel was brilliant and a short walk outside of Wembley, because we were only staying so we could go to the arena we never got to try the food, which did smell amazing. The room itself was pretty basic, the TV didn’t work, the radiator needed bleeding so it only gave off as much heat as a piece of toast, (it was -4oC) so we ended up using a sleeping bag out of the car. The toilet didn’t have any heating or light, so we didn’t even try the showers. The room itself was reasonably clean and had tea and coffee at hand.
We got back from our gig around 11:00 at night and on entering the room we thought we were in a night club, the music was overly loud coming up from the bar, and we struggled to here ourselves talking, and this went on for some time.
So it’s a mixed review there are definitely areas that the hotel could improve on and £70 for a double off season seemed a little pricey.

Room only - did not visit the restaurant or bar. Location is fantastic for Wembley & free parking but would not recommend due to the cleanliness of the room. I wasn't expecting luxury due to the cost but basic cleanliness hadn't even been done. We had booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1 due to the condition. Plug socket hanging off the wall, out of date UHT milk, Kettle safety test cert out of date by 3 years. Thick in dust so couldn't unpack clothes into wardrobe. Suspicious grime in shower and on kettle. Broken toilet seat and toilet roll dispenser. Tried to speak to the staff and was told someone would come to the room but no one came. Tried to speak to someone again in the morning & no one around and nothing open. I have since tried to contact the Fuslier but no one answer the phone and the email get returned.

Went to have meal with friends and had a table outside in a covered area.
Pros: Great atmosphere, food was tasty and service/friendliness of staff also brilliant. The chef even came out to discuss dietary requirements and advised which of the dishes could be made vegan for us. Plenty of free parking and tables well spaced out due to Covid19
Cons: None of the servers were wearing their masks correctly as their noses were not covered. The chef wasn't wearing a mask at all. Also a tad pricey.

Great to find this place in Wembley! Great location and very cheap considering the area. Three single beds in a room and we paid £23 each for the night. Rooms were basic, had a tv, bathroom, were clean enough. Basic accommodation. For the price, can't complain.

Took our order after 1 hour of arriving after waiting out on one of their “garden tables” blaming “india-Pakistan cricket match”. What a load of rubbish! Cricket matches, football matches are not new in this country! Get enough staff and security on then! One of their employees made false promise of offering table inside the restaurant as it was getting little chilly for kids, she then came back after 5 minutes and said we are fully booked inside! You will have to eat outside! We had our staters out in cold with 3 and 5 year olds constantly complaining of cold! I walked in the restaurant to visit the loo and found more than 10 tables completely vacant and complained to the “owners” who were not even apologetic! One of them was willing to listen but no solution offered at the end. Didn’t wanna spend even one more minute in that restaurant. I just Paid and moved on! Absolutely waste of time these lot!

Despite of having more than 10 tables free within the restaurant, the owners and their employees shamelessly left us and our 3 and 5 years old out in cold (at least for kids)! When complained to the “owners”, one didn’t even apologise and other did without offering any sort of solution. Ended up having starters only, I didn’t even bother to order main with kids left out in cold. Absolutely Appalling customer service!
