Had a couple of stays here in February and everything was fantastic. In particular staff were outstanding - friendly and caring and often went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel itself was quiet, relaxed, bright, clean and modern. My room was comfortable and spacious with good facilities. A robe, slippers, nice toiletries and a wine cooler were much appreciated nice extra touches. I had meals in the restaurant a few times and they were very good indeed. Breakfast each day offered an excellent selection of cooked and continental, and was taken in the well appointed restaurant area. I would highly recommend this hotel for many reasons.

The room is great, big, comfortable, with nice touches such as the slippers and dressing gown. Good shower as well.
I’m marking it down because of the restaurant. We had a nice dinner and after thought we’d have a cocktail. Went to the bar and the lady asked if I wanted to pay I said I wanted two cocktails and she said ok I’ll be right with you. Next to me on the bar was a cocktail that had just been made for a customer. A man then came to take my order, I asked for two cocktails and was told we’ve just now tonight stopped doing cocktails because we’re getting low on ingredients!!!! All around the bar is advertising cocktails, the First Lady didn’t say that and they were making cocktails 60seconds previously.
They did offer a different cocktail if they couldn’t make my first choice just we’re not making them.
Think that’s pretty rubbish and reflects very badly on the whole place unfortunately.

Great hotel with everything you need. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. |The restaurant for evening meals was excellent. |If you don't want a buffet breakfast, you can just opt for a breakfast sandwich or eggs on toast - just ask the staff.|Bring your own toiletries as I can't be bothered with sachets.|Beware to lock your door/ put up "do not disturb " sign- housekeeping came into our room twice about 8am to check our room whilst we were still in bed.

My son and I travelled down to Plymouth for an overnight stay before the football match at Home Park.||What a brilliant hotel, the rooms are very spacious and clean. Well equipped with tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolate,water bottles.||The beds are very comfy and the check-in was fast.||McDonald's,Costa, KFC and other fast food outlets are within walking distance.||We went into the bar on the evening,it's very relaxed. ||In the morning we had breakfast in the restaurant which was also very quick and very relaxing.||Everything about this hotel is great especially the price.Every time I come to Plymouth for a short visit I will stay here. Can't recommend enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff were all friendly & polite. Our room was clean, comfortable & spacious. Free parking is a bonus and much appreciated. All in all a great stay. The only, very small, issue is that the rooms are now looking a little tired and could do with updating.

Exceptionally friendly staff...all of them: from the waitress in the restaurant to the receptionist! Room is spacious, bed was comfortable. Showering takes place in the bathtub; not ideal, but a good shower nonetheless. |Breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices for everyone.

Stayed one night with my friend as she had an early Hospital appointment the next day . Staff were friendly in all areas , rooms were clean with all the tea coffee and amenities , dressing gown and slippers also included . Would highly recommend this hotel .

Brilliant room! Really comfy bed and a sofa!
Mia and Megan were great in the restaurant.
Reception lady (sorry can't remember your name) was very helpful and cheerful.
