A very cozy and CLEAN guest house with the most fabulous of owners. Mary was the highlight of our stay at Gable End, bringing warmth, curiosity and generosity. The rooms were immaculate and my only challenge was that my bed was too hard but a softer bed was available in the room, I just didn't swap. As you can see from the photos and video, it is quaintly decorated and the convenience in terms of its location just near LGW airport. Breakfast was made fresh and was filling, and transport to/from the b&b was smooth. Without a doubt I would stay here again!

This is the third time we've used the Gable End Guest House. Twice we had an overnight layover at Gatwick and once we stayed for 3 days on a family vacation to explore London. Joseph & Mary have always made us feel like we're coming home. There hospitality & helpfulness is above and beyond what you would expect. After you've arrived at Gatwick & exit it's a short walk to a phone where you call & minutes later Joseph will be there to get you to the guest house...about a 5 minute drive. It's a 15 minute walk to the Horley train station where you can take a 40 minute train ride to Victoria Station, right in the heart of London. There's a magnificent 500 year old pub down the street where the food & prices will beat eating in overpriced London. It's the perfect hub to explore London and stay within your budget. You also get the benefit of a small English town atmosphere with wonderful walking trails in the area. The rooms are clean & comfortable. A full breakfast awaits you in the morning. Transportation to and from Gatwick is included. Joseph & Mary make this place a treasured find.

Very nice Gueat House, the owners are very friendly and they gave us a free ride to Gatwick Airport on the day we were leaving. Breakfast is good and varied. The room is well kept and the bathroom is clean. The only complain that I have is the quality of the beds. That being said I would still very much recommend this Guest House.

The B&B was recommended to us by a friend - it did not disappoint. A superbly run family business providing excellent service and accommodation. The parking and transport to the airport was very efficient and despite our flight being delayed on our return, a quick phone call to the guest house elicited a very prompt pickup.||We had an evening meal in the local pub - The Six Bells. This was recommended by Joe - another positive experience.||Couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

I feel so fortunate to have chosen this place. I needed a place to stay near Gatwick, just looking for somewhere safe and convenient. This lovely guest house is both, and so much more! The room was beautiful, and the staff have been amazing! They gave great suggestions of where to go and truly made me feel at home. If I ever come back to London I will skip the city entirely and just stay here!

We stayed here prior to our flight to Barbados . The room is very comfortable and clean. Had a good breakfast in the morning before Joseph took us to the airport. We parked our car here for the fortnight at a very reasonable charge and Joseph picked us up again from the car park at 730 in the morning. Prior to driving home he kindly invited us to have a cup of tea . Very much appreciated. We would recommend this guest house for flights to and from Gatwick.

I loved my stay here, I only wish I were spending more than one night in Gatwick. The room in which I stayed faced a noisy road, but it wasn't an issue with ear plugs. Breakfast was great, and the hosts were the very picture of hospitality. I also enjoyed the location. They'll pick you up from the airport and it's about a 10 minute walk to the train station. A 5 minute walk in the other direction is the Ye Olde Six Bells pub, which is has good food.

This is a charming B&B run by the sweetest couple on earth. Mary is genuinely the kindest women in all of England. The room was clean and comfortable, and they went out of their way to make us feel at home. The shuttled us all over the place (and even let us keep our car in their lot for hours after checkout and picked us up at the airport that night - WAY over the top). Ten stars out of five!
