We stayed here for a night and were well surprised. We got here and the staff were really friendly and we had and Indian from there restaurant for dinner which was really nice. The rooms were good very nice shower TV had lots of Channels as well. The bed were comfortable. We had breakfast which was full English and continental breakfast which was nice. Our suitcase had also broke and we mention it to the staff and they took us into the storage room and showed us the cases they had which we could take. Unfortunately none were big enough but it was a really nice gesture.

This was our second time staying at the White House Hotel. It's a small hotel but the staff are so incredibly friendly and the food is excellent (highly recommend the chicken korma). Great place to stay if you need a cheap, clean place near Gatwick airport. Hotel also offers shuttles to the airport at 15 pounds a room which I think is a steal considering an Uber or taxi will easily set you back at leas 20.

I stayed here for a night. Basic but very clear hotel. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Will recommend to anyone. Good selection for breakfast Inc. But an extra £5 gets you a full English breakfast 2 bacon 1 sausage 2 eggs hash brown beans mushrooms and tomatoes plus toast. Thank you for the lovely service

Experience very nice and welcoming, Food lovely apart from cold mushrooms. But all in all 100% stay again, friendly people upon entrance too 10 Stars and brilliant welcome too room definatly comfy and fantastic tv size. Exra comfy bed too.

Great short stay hotel very close to Gatwick North and South Terminals. They have good Indian food at night and breakfast at reasonable prices. Plus an excellent every half hour airport shuttle service for only 15 pounds per room.

Truly awful! I booked on behalf of 8 people, through Booking.com. They arrived on the 5th October. Early arrival had been organised. Hotel refused rooms as they said they had arrived too early, even though they were presented with an email. Hotel staff said they had no rooms, and that the people would have to wait outside until check-in. Then they said they had rooms but it would be another £300. They were very rude and badly treated my colleagues. They felt forced to pay an extra £300. I called up and spoke to two people, including the manager. Very rude people. The manager did not seem to care and put the phone down on me.

I booked this through Holiday Extras and sadly they have not taken my recommendation to remove this blot on hotels from their site.|Shower had mould.|Bedroom drawers and cupboard were broken.|Holiday extras know all this.|No restaurant or bar. No airport transfer (other than organising a taxi).|I do not rate it as terrible lightly. I look for the good. This place is the absolute worst.

Thank you for your great accommodation ,service, hospitality and support. Highly recommend your hotel to anyone who wants great value and near the airport. Shuttle bus service is very good and easy. Very well run and clearly an experienced team lead by the manager. Well done
