Van and her team are very professional. My nails always look fantastic.
Van is very talented especially at nail design.
My family and friends all use Gem Nails now. Very reasonably priced too.

I have visited here twice, since Van took over. Both times she has done an amazing job. She doesn't rush and is a perfectionist. I have been really pleased with the finished nails and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely give her 5 stars.

I went here for the first time with my nan, who hasn't had her nails done before. I explained I needed the technician to be gentle and they were, doing a lovely job with both her and my nails. Prices were reasonable and we were only there for just over an hour, with my set including nail art.

I have been coming to Gems for 2 years, the team are excellent. A couple of times I’ve used another place but the nails didn’t last. My nails are short and I have BIAB, everyone here is polite and gentle. Would definitely recommend!
