Lovely stay for a conference. Staff very polite. Room incredibly spacious (rivals the size of my 2 bed flat!). Bed comfy and shower excellent. I must say the toiletries provided smell amazing. ||Only negative was there is no way of opening the window for fresh air, and the air-con in the room is distinctly mid. ||Also, I must add that it was immaculately clean.

A huge hotel with fabulous staff. We had booked two rooms for our one night stay but I double booked I spoke to Charlotte who sorted it all for us and to sort out the refund. Very clean hotel the rooms are lovely super showers in the bathroom lots of towels. You had to pick a time to have breakfast But that was fine. Breakfast was a buffet style and with a couple of other options. Friendly staff who cant do enough for you. Parking in the underground hotel car park was reassuring that your not in a huge public car park.

We stayed here one night as part of my fox party. The location and price were quite ideal given it is part of the resort world building. The receptionists were quite lovely and held onto our bags for before check-in so we could go to our scheduled activities. The rooms and bathroom were spacious and quite well adorned. They even had a fridge and very large wardrobe.

What a wonderful hotel! My partner suggested a night away and as I’m currently battling cancer I was really in two minds about going away but everything was perfect. The staff were wonderful…..kind, polite and very helpful. The service was out of this world, nothing was too much trouble and the room was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast up in the Sky Bar was lovely with plenty of variety. I didn’t know the spa facilities were free with a superior room so didn’t bring my swimsuit but I definitely will next time. We will 100% return here.

The hotel is very nice and people are right that it has a lovely scent. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and great service. The spa facilities are good. We chose to have dinner in the Sky bar restaurant as well but it was noisy and the service was patchy so if we stayed again we would choose one of the other restaurants for dinner.

Stayed recently as attending a nearby conference. Rooms are lovely and spacious and tidy. Hotel smells amazing throughout. Hotel breakfast great selection and staff very friendly. Only downside is the one lift working which takes ages to come to each floor - not helped by stuffiness of corridors by the lift! Didn't use the spa so can't comment on that

Stayed here rather than onsite at the airport. Great service and price with lots to see and do.||You have bowling, video games and a casino for the over 18's all in the hotel block. Lots of other restaurants within walking distance but we used the hotel roof bar restaurant and got 10% off for staying at the hotel. ||We will be returning when you need to stay over for BHX again.

No window in the room that opens, so it was quiet humid during good spell of weather. Nice room tho, clean with a good sized bathroom. Breakfast is very good. And food in the sky bar was very good. Great location outside of the city center that is quiet easy to get to by rail.
