It’s surprisingly hard to find places that serve good sandwiches and decent British food. Even harder to find delis that go to such lengths to source interesting quality British produce. Pubs can be overly expensive and hit or miss, so a place like this is very welcome. The menu selection is varied enough but not overly complicated or too large. It’s light, feel good food. The Scottish beef brisket stew I had yesterday was comforting and delicious, amazing pairing of wine suggested by the owner.

Lovely atmosphere inside and the service is very personable and clearly filled with passion for what they do. Having just moved to the area, I look forward to coming back more and more.

Simply amazing. This place has the perfect balance of quality and approachability, it's child-friendly without feeling like you're in a soft play centre, not the cheapest but not prohibitively expensive either. The waitress and manageress were super friendly. They source all their fare from the UK. They're flexible about mixing and matching from the menu. All in all, faultless.
PS The idea of throwing in bacon and sausage as optional extras to the bean casserole is inspired!

AITA? Possibly. Looks great. Nice variety of seating options. Service was excellent. I like the gist of the British angle they are trying to take. Coffee and food was average and fairly small portions. Broccoli salad with cheese (which was almost entirely a plate of just roasted broccoli), a ham and cheese croissant, and a soup of the day - which was all fine but we left hungry, even for what we intended to be a light lunch. For the price (consider that a plain croissant is over £4), there are far better options nearby. And the name. I get what they are trying to do, but... sorry, it's a mouthful. I just say the place opposite the Rosemary. It was called something else upon opening, and I appreciate this may be a struggle to get right. It's still fairly new and perhaps I'll return at some point and update this review accordingly.

Such a great place. Lots of space. The food is the best breakfast you can get in Crouch End. Very good service. Not super busy, but very high quality and excellent experience, which is a hard combination to find.

I came here for lunch today with my friend. He had a sandwich which looked amazing and I had a delicious vegan split pea and lentil soup with some wonderful croutons on top. They also had some fresh salads which we wanted to try (next time!). The owners were so friendly and chatted to us about their passion for fresh, local produce. I had my eye on the cakes and cookies. It all looked delicious and I will definitely be back.

Have finally managed to check this new place out and I am really glad I did. Had a delicious home made cheesecake, one of the best I have ever had. A friendly atmosphere and very pleasant space. Also open in the evening for savory, British sourced, nibbles and drinks, which cannot wait to try!

Been here twice now. Excellent service, spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed the mixed cheese and charcuterie platter.. in particular Wigmore cheese! It’s a lovely bright spot to sit and watch the world go by.. the only thing that could make it better is some more comfortable chairs instead of stools at some of the tables.
