Lovely girls, no judgement! My hair feels and looks amazing, they take there time to make sure your comfortable. The salon is immaculate, even when is use it is spotless! The apprentices are lovely and very high skilled !

Went for a spa experience today with a friend at 11am, we were really excited, but quite disappointed. Firstly although staff were pleasant we were led to the back room for the hot tub. We were told we can stay In there for hour and a half , its small in there.but the cover was left on half the tub for us to just squeeze into the other half. !!!! So we took it off ourselves , that room looks like it needed a good clean. The towels were all bleach stained, with marked dirty flip flops and dressing gown that look like my husbands one which is old. The full rasul mud experience is literally ,you get out of hot tub and get the bowls with very dry mud in it and you put it on yourself(couldn't get it on my back),sit on a bench and wait! No music, no ambient lighting. That got boring real quick. You then use a handheld shower and shower it off. The light lunch, was defo light and not great being served in a room with the hot tub in, ! No plates, no knife for cheese slice or the weird pate cube for your crackers. You eat standing up or try to balance it on edge of tub and not get it everywhere , the room needs to be cleaner and sort the missing tiles. Massage was nice but small room .nail tech was pleasant but you put your feet on the floor or home foldable stool. I did mention the issues to staff but just got an ok il pass it on comment. NOT worth the £95 each we paid! Very disappointed and the tiny plastic bag, is for your swimsuit,which you can barely fit your nickers in.

Had my nails done and eye lashes tinted. Always made to feel welcome and love the pampering. Also had dolly lashes and eyebrow tint last month absolutely loved them both. Never had them done before so was quite nervous but nothing to worry about. Staff really friendly nothing to much trouble.

I went with my Mum for some pampering treatments and it was lovely. I had a back massage and a facial and Mum had an Indian Head massage and facial. We both found the treatments very relaxing and we have booked in again for another pampering treat at Christmas. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the treatment room was warm, cosy and quiet which added to the relaxation. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Be careful! The online booking system is not accurate.
Staff are not welcoming and are quite rude. I called in on the off chance after seeing appointments and stylists available online for the service I required but wished I hadn't.
There are better ways to speak to customers whether you are a regular or not especially when there are plenty other salons in Cottingham.
I was looking for a local salon to start taking my little girl to regularly but even she was taken back by how unfriendly both women were as she left she said to me “let’s not go back in there Mummy”,
wise words from a quiet five year old!
Shame because they have plenty of services and treatments available but I am looking for a friendly local salon. Good people and customer service skills shouldn't be overlooked in this current climate.

I came to see Kelly and grace at the end of last year to enquire about hair extensions. Kelly spent a long time with me explaining the different types and and looking at my hair to see if it was the correct direction for me. To start with I was encouraged to wait a few months to help build back up the condition of my previously damaged and over processed bleached hair (at a previous salon) and Kelly put a plan in place for me. I listened to Kelly and used only the products that Kelly had Recommended. During these few months prior to my extensions been fitted my hair got stronger and the difference was amazing.

A few months later I had my colour done by Grace (who was amazing) and then my first set of raccoon extensions fitted by Kelly. The result was unbelievable and I was so happy.

I am now nearly a year down the line and by following Kelly’s advice on how to care for my extensions my own hair continues to grow.

I was previously a very nervous client due to my previous bad experience at another salon but now fully trust Grace and Kelly and can not thank them enough. I know they only want the best for me and my hair and I have learnt what I want isn’t always the best for the condition of my hair.

I love my natural blonde colour and extensions that fit perfectly.

Thank you ladies for all that you have done for me I really appreciate it. Xx

Had a lovely manicure and shellac nails. Staff were very friendly and chatty. My only issue was I booked on line and had a discount added. Fifteen minutes before my appointment I was called and told the discount was not applicable and would not be honoured. Very disappointed!
