Really rubbish experience, ordered food for a specific time slot after work. Got a call 20mins before the beginning of the time to let me know the delivery driver was outside my home. Ginoz refused to take the food back saying it was half an hour away. It wasn't 10 minutes away max. Food was cold when we arrived home luckily delivery driver had waited so it was dry. Food had to be reheated, discussed

Very good portion sizes and food was fresh not like other places where they serve day old rubbish. Delivered very fast and food was hot, Pizza was 10/10 even the kids didnt complain which was a surprise

I am not exaggerating when i say the best pizza i have had, the base is not like other takeaways. Fresh cooked chicken always and good quality milkshakes. Thank you

Received order from this takeaway, did not enjoy it at all. The pizza tasted rancid, the pineapples were most deffinately off and it was very low quality ingredients. As well this, the chicken burger tasted past its sell by and was not edible and the chips were dry. The only thing that was edible was the SFC chicken. Was offered a replacement but did not want it for obvious reason. Wish we'd have gone to our local takeaway and not taken the risk.

We ordered from ginoz every Saturday and was always really nice but recently stopped and gone elsewhere due to orders being wrong and customer service shocking, got our order wrong and sent up a bit of chicken in a naan bread while the rest of the food was freezing. Happened a few times and just had enough. Shame cos looked forward to it until recently.

Ordered twice within a 4 day period. Ordered via app, so the order is a print out for them. 1st time they messed the order 3 times. Clearly didnt read it properly. Had to ring up twice.
2nd time, again ordered via App so they have a print out to read. Messed up yet again. Tried calling them, no answer. In a half hour period i rung 162 times.
Consequently i will not be using this takeaway again

Me and my partner ordered from Gino'z for the first time last week, and to be fair it was spot on. Tonight however I feel really disappointed we ordered a garlic bread with cheese and mushrooms. It came without mushroom! Also we ordered as it states on the menu 1pc chicken large. Okay so we ordered 2 of these, yeah ok they sent one piece of breast and the other was a skinny chicken leg now sorry but how is one leg a large piece of chicken.
