Very nice hotel, friendly helpful staff.
My room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was starting to look a little dated but everything worked well. Bed very comfortable had a king room.
Breakfast was excellent great selection probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had!
Plenty of parking as well.
Didn't get chance to use the spa as I only stayed a night.
Would definitely return when I'm visiting friends next again.

I had booked a wowcher deal for an overnight spa deal with dinner, bed and breakfast. On arrival it was an easy check in and we were told where the spa etc was. Went to our room which was clean but dated. There was also a large rust hole in the bath but we didn't use that. We went to the " relaxing spa", on arrival there was no towels available so the staff member said she would get us some. I asked could we have a robe and they said they needed to be asked for at reception but she would also try to get some? Standing there in my swimwear I was not going to walk to the main hotel reception to ask if robes were available. I assumed a spa hotel would have these in guest rooms. We went to the pool area which was full of kids and had swimming lessons on. Hardly a relaxing spa but anyway we enjoyed time in the steam room but still didn't have a towel. I had to go out and ask again for one. We then used the jacuzzi and when sitting in there you can notice how dirty the walls in the pool area are, filthy. There was also only around 10 loungers to "relax" on so not enough for the amount of guests using the area. Some people had towels on loungers while using the heated loungers which I found selfish as we had no place to sit. Anyway off we went back to our rooms with only a towel as we did not get a robe, when I asked again for this I was told only guests having treatments were allowed them. We went for our dinner reservation at 7.15pm, had a drink order taken quickly but food order we waited about 10 minutes for someone to take. I ordered chicken tikka curry. The rice was rock hard and had clearly been reheated and left out as it was also cold. The curry itself was nice and my side of chips also nice. The poppadom's again were overcooked and brown. We waited almost an hour for someone to clear the table and had to ask if we could get desserts menu. I ordered sticky toffee pudding, again this was well overcooked and was rock solid on the outside and cold on the inside. 40 minutes passed and still no one came past to ask how our meal was or did we need anything else. I had to go to the desk to them complain. I was offered a small discount off my drinks for the hassle which was fine but I was not impressed. My husband did have fish and chips and apple crumble, both of which he said were lovely but my meal let us down. Safe to say I won't be back and won't recommend to others

Attention to detail? exemplary service? Friendly staff? Yes, yes and definitely. Elaine and Amy in particular deserve a special mention. Despite the lackluster pool table that looks like it rescued from a bar in Baghdad - the rest of the hotel shines bright. ||Unfortunately I didn't get to experience the culinary delights on offer, however the other patrons seemed to be wiring right in with very little pause between scoffs. A testament to the quality I suspect.||There's a relaxing vista to behold from the lounge which isn't always the case at hotels. ||There's a few upcoming tributes from late June, the likes of Rod Stewart and Grease to name a few.||Good luck all staff members. ||P.S. I was absolutely under no circumstances coerced against my free will to leave a positive review for Amy or Elaine, honest.

We had a lovely spa & lunch, and dinner, B&B stay. |Our spa treatments were at 10.30am and the hotel reception were able to give us an early check-in, plus an upgrade! |Our room was warm and comfortable. |The hotel bar grill and restaurant were busy at meal times, but it was well managed. Not a huge choice on the menus, but fresh and tasty, well presented food available. |The restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful. |Thanks to Maria, Connor, Ellie & Kate.

Lovely spa treatments and the full use of the pool facilities. ||We had lunch included in the package. I have special dietary requirements and Maria was very understanding of these. She went above beyond to make sure that I received the right meal. Many thanks for your service Maria, you are a super star. ||Eldisa & Kate also served us, again very pleasant with their service. ||I would definitely comeback to the Grill room at the Glasgow Westerwood.

We've spent an exceptional night at the hotel, the room was lovely and spacious. Very clean and very comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was great, made even better by Elaine who took the time to play with our little girl and help her with her breakfast. The staff here are lovely and couldn't do enough for us. That includes all in the leisure centre. We will be back very soon!

Room was clean and tidy. Nice big comfortable bed. Shower was not hot enough in the morning. That’s the only plus points.|Dinner service was shocking. We were shown to our table then, after around 20 minutes, I had to ask a passing waitress if we could possibly order some food!!|After another wait of 20 minutes our starter arrived. |Guess what - we had another lengthy wait before our main course arrived!!|I then ordered cheese and biscuits only to be informed that they had ran out of certain cheese but they would give me extra cheddar.|2 1/2 hours for our meal is totally unacceptable.|The following morning the so called hot breakfast selection could only be described as luke-warm at best.|I emailed the hotel 5 days ago and have still not received a response.|I find this to be extremely disrespectful.|For the life of me I do not know how this hotel can claim to be 4 star!!

Shocking and extremely slow dinner service. So called hot breakfast could only be described as luke-warm at best.
Emailed the hotel with my complaint 5 days ago and have still not received a response. Customer satisfaction must be very low on their list of priorities.
Only plus was the room with a very comfy bed although shower was not hot enough in the morning?
Definitely not a 4 star hotel as claimed to be.
