The moment I walked into Goltho Barn I knew it was the place to hold my daughter’s wedding reception. Debbie was so helpful showing me the facilities and has been very supportive throughout the whole process. She and her husband were so good on the day, helping everything run smoothly.

The wedding reception was last Friday and it was an absolutely wonderful occasion. All the guests commented on what a great venue it was. There is the main barn area which is stunning and the bar area is very comfortable and cosy. Upstairs a lovely area with Juliet balcony. We had the sweetie table and Photo Booth up there.
All the fairy lights helps give it a magical feel.
We had photos in the beautiful gardens and even though it was October, they still looked great and are well looked after.
Debbie is a great communicator and answered all our enquiries promptly. She was helpful with suggestions about setting up the tables and suggesting single sheets for tablecloths was a money saver.
I can’t recommend Goltho Barn enough.

Goltho Barn hosted our wedding in July and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. If the weather is right, the gardens are beautiful and worth spending some time in. Debbie and Sean were really accommodating and let us do whatever we liked with the three main rooms in the barn itself. The bar was stocked with some of our requested spirits and the drinks were reasonably priced. The room in the house is lovely and we had the best breakfast the next day. Debbie and Sean were helpful throughout the day and our guests had a great time! Thank you for making our day so special!

I photographed the lovely wedding of Nic and Matt at Goltho Barn last July and loved it. The gardens are stunning, the barn and courtyard was the perfect setting for a relaxed atmosphere in the afternoon and a fun party in the evening. Very well organised and friendly. An absolutely stunning venue with cosy, intimate vibes. The beautiful gardens made the perfect place for our blessing ceremony and the barn and courtyard area were amazing for our wedding breakfast and reception. The lighting at dusk is perfect for a warm evening atmosphere and results in wonderful photo opportunities.
Debbie and Stuart were amazing throughout our planning process and the day itself. They really put a personal and relaxed touch on it all, their help was invaluable. We had so many guests say how lovely they were as well, which definitely adds to the enjoyment for the whole party.
We highly recommend Goltho Barn Weddings for outdoorsy people with an adventurous spirit! It was exactly what fitted our vibe and we loved the easy-going flow of the day!

A very beautiful venue with excellent gardens that made for some incredible photos. Debbie and her husband are very polite and helpful, they really looked after us and our guests very well. The barn itself has a lot of character and is easily decorated with a great country aesthetic, the fairy lights, wooden beams and exposed brick wall all looked fantastic!

We got married in December 2017 at Goltho Gardens. Even though in the winter we were lucky enough to have a beautiful sunny day and our wedding photos throughout the garden were spectacular. The beautiful limbs of the nut walk, even though bare at that time of year, framed us perfectly for some of my favourite shots that I will treasure forever.

The barn itself was perfect for housing an already oversubscribed wedding who were seated with ample room. I even had enough space for two bands in two separate areas of the barn with the bar being perfectly centrally located between them as well as a quieter area upstairs which one guest decided to sleep off the bubbles for a little while! The barn itself had lots of lovely features and touches, the wooden beams and mason jar chandelier on the top floor, the large window directly downstairs and the dramatic high ceilings in the second half of the barn.

I have visited recently and seen that more work has been completed to the barn which looks fantastic and my only wish is that I could do it all again.

We had our Wedding here just over a month ago and could not wished for a better day or venue. Debbie & Sean (the owners) were brilliant from the start of the process to the day after the wedding, they showed us around on more than one occasion, were more than happy to work with us and suggest what has worked for other couples in the past when it came to decor, food vendors etc.

The venue is beautiful with a good sized barn area, a lovely bar area with a cosy pub vibe and a lovely mezzanine area, which is where we had the ceremony. We had 65 guests during the day and 90 total in the evening and you could easily fit a lot more without blinking an eye.

The gardens are beautiful and make a great location for photos and a place for guests to wander & the outdoor seating was fantastic, we found most of our guests outside (even during October as ended up with fantastic weather) enjoying the space.

Nothing was too much trouble for Debbie & Sean, we asked at extremely short notice if we could access the venue as we had a relative visiting we didn't believe would make the wedding and they opened up the venenue for us to show the relative round (thank you so much for this both of you as meant the world to her and she unfortunately didn't make the wedding so we are so grateful she managed to see it). If the venue didn't sell it for us Debbie & Sean did, both extremely lovely people, down to earth and want to make sure you have the best day possible, thank you so much for everything!

Me and my husband Scott are so thankful and grateful we got to have Goltho as our wedding venue, and it could not of been more perfect. The stunning barn and beautiful gardens were the perfect place to tie the knot and will certainly be a place I will always remember with the fondest memories. Debbie and Sean could of not been anymore accommodating and were there every step of the way. I wish I could relive our wedding here all over again!!
I’d recommend anyone getting married here, you will not regret it!
