I had the pleasure of being treated to this wonderful experience and I loved everything about it. We completed the Middle Eastern menu and it was a taste sensation, as a cooking enthusiast I walked away from this experience learning a whole host of new skills. Absolutely loved it. We arrived and got coffee in the library. And after cooking and preparing our food we retreated to the chill lounge to enjoy the fruits of our labour and enjoy a glass of wine. Truly enjoyable experience.

Had an amazing time at the academy making burgers.

The welcome was incredible, the environment luxurious but comfortable, and a library full of cookbooks and gastronomical knowledge. There's even a Michelin statue to help pretend you're actually good at cooking!

The chefs were excellent, incredibly patient with us, responsive to questions no matter how ridiculous, giving out top tips along the way, and above all else, fostered a warm and jovial atmosphere for the group to really engage with each other and have a good time.

My only criticisms would be the social media team. In my booking confirmation emails, it talked of tagging them in on social media posts, yet not a single one was seen or engaged with. I the health and safety conditions, it eludes to photography or filming being conducted during some sessions, but not all. It would be nice to have a professional shot of the day to take away with me as I was so focused on the event itself, I forgot to take any. Shame really, but didn't take away from the experience on the day!

I have just completed two fantastic courses – the "Taste of India" and "Beef Wellington." On the first day, our chef Pete guided us through the secrets of Indian culinary art. Pete was not only super nice but also extremely helpful. Exploring the variety of spices in Indian cuisine was fascinating, and the end result was simply delicious.

In the "Beef Wellington" course, Marc led us through the preparation in a humorous and passionate manner. We crafted a delicate jus, mashed potatoes, and, of course, the Beef Wellington. All steps were precisely explained and demonstrated, ensuring nothing could go wrong. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to prepare and cook everything ourselves – a contrast to other courses where observation is more prominent. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend these courses to anyone who enjoys cooking. On my next visit to London, I will definitely consider taking more courses.

A heartfelt thank you to Pete and Marc for their patience and passion for cooking. It was a lot of fun!

Great experience at this cooking academy. We did the Sushi masterclass, having no previous experience of making this. Our instructor Sue was brilliant, very informative, giving clear instructions, showing us step by step what we needed to do. The facilities are really good, there were10 spaces in the classroom, with each person having plenty of space to prepare and create their culinary masterpieces. Also some really good rest areas to wait in before your course starts and a mid- course break for tea / coffee. We ended the course by consuming some of our creations, with a complimentary glass of wine from the school, with our fellow delegates. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, well worth the cost, we will return for another class soon.

We had a virgin voucher gifted to us for a vegan cooking class here at the Gordon Ramsey academy. From start the finish the experience was brilliant. We were able to park very nearby thanks to clear instructions. We were then warmly greeted at reception and shown to the lounges where you can relax with a coffee before you start. We had Mark as our tutor who was an excellent guide, very friendly, funny and knowledgeable, showing us some very helpful tips and made the class very interesting. We made some truly mouthwatering food that we ate after the class and took the rest home in the Tupperware provided. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in learning to cook more vegan dishes!

Had a fantastic time at the bao masterclass with Andrew. From the minute we walked in the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the facilities are great too and it’s very comfortable.

The cooking class itself was great, a nice steady pace and very relaxed. Good tips and tricks throughout as long as education to what you were doing and why.

I thoroughly enjoyed the class and would love to return. Thank you Andrew and team!

We went for the Steak Masterclass at Gordon Ramsay’s Academy and it was fabulous. All the staff were incredibly friendly and they all made a point of saying hello throughout the afternoon and wishing me a Happy Birthday. When we arrived we were shown to the cook book library and given the choice of tea or (very nice) coffee. We were lucky to be the only two in the class which was expertly run by Paul. Steak on the menu was Rump (which Paul cooked for us and it was sensational) we then had a Sirloin and and Fillet we were able to cook ourselves. On top of this Paul showed us how to make a Chimichurri sauce and a beautiful peppercorn sauce. Once we had finished cooking we were able to eat what we had cooked alongside a nice cold beer. As we’d finished a bit early as there were only two of us in the class Paul put on a fish cooking masterclass for us including Scallops, Bass, Plaice and Squid. We were given carry out containers for all the food that was left over and we were treated to a piece of birthday banana bread and a rendition of Happy Birthday. The premises themselves are top notch as is the kitchen set up. This was fantastic value for money given the amount of food we had and every single one of the staff could not have been more friendly, helpful or welcoming. I can not recommend this enough for any occasion and am looking forward to our next visit.
