We couldn’t rate Gordon’s B&B any higher, from the moment we arrived Rory and Jolanta were friendly and welcoming, the twin room was perfect for our stay. Beds were comfy, breakfast was tasty with multiple options. ||After a rather unfortunate incident involving a horse and my car (could not be written), they were incredible at helping us sort the car so that it was safe to drive home. Honestly went above and beyond as B&B hosts. ||We’d absolutely recommend this spot in Cheddar to anyone visiting and hopefully will come back again one day!

We absolutely love this gem of a hotel! The cooked breakfast is just perfect! The rooms are comfortable with excellent facilities, the fridge is a perfect addition since our last stay and the shower is amazing! Hosts are welcoming and informative of the local area and places to visit. Just a super place to stay!

Great B&B, perfect location, room was modern, comfortable and warm, super comfy bed. Host was very welcoming and friendly offering suggestions of 'better' places to eat & drink. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked to order nothing too much trouble. Definitely be back in summer to enjoy sitting by the pool.

Perfect situation right at the bottom of cheddar gorge. Very friendly people who own the b and b. Clean and modern rooms and very comfy bed. The best breakfast I’ve had in a long time very fresh good quality ingredients! I’ll be visiting again.

The room was clean, seemed recently updated and intentionally designed for functionality compared to many other places we have stayed in England.
The Innkeeper was welcoming and friendly with good suggestions for the area.
Good breakfast.
The location was conveniently close to Cheddar Gorge.
We also like peace and quiet and, despite being right in Cheddar, we were not bothered at all over night and enjoyed our stay at Gordons as much as anywhere else.
Would definitely recommend staying here.

Such a lovely B&B, warm and friendly welcome. Room was very comfortable, owners have paid attention to the detail making it feel very homely - lots of sockets in the right places, amazing shower, choice of drinks, good wifi - all adding to a perfect night away. The veggie breakfast was the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend!

Rory and Jola (sorry if I’ve spelt your name wrong)
are fantastic hosts, they couldn’t do enough for me.
They showed me round, recommended places I could eat, made me comfortable. I was going climbing in the gorge early morning so I was going to miss breakfast so they made me a sandwich pack with a drink and things. It’s the little things that go a long way.
I would highly recommend this place, and even though my climbing day didn’t work out, ( can you see me? )my stay here was absolutely fantastic.

Lovely. The pool really is heated - with a shower room next to it. Garden & pool are as clean & tidy as the inside space.

Welcoming. Delicious breakfast. Light airy rooms.

Cheddar is amazing itself and you aren't far away from a huge selection of beaches and places to visit.

We booked direct with the hotel - which was cheaper than booking via the big sites.
