I am a wedding planner, and I recently coordinated a wedding at Goring Village Hall.

We transformed the hall into a stunning venue for a wedding reception with 3 long banqueting tables and a top table, and fitted in 90 guests.

The stage area was perfect for the band.

The facilities are amazing, and the venue is well kept. It was such a bonus to have a proper industrial dishwasher and working oven in the kitchen as within my experience this is not common with most village halls.

As is standard with hiring any village hall you need to remove all your own waste after the event and leave the venue as you found it for the next person.

I would highly recommend this flexible space.

Had to stop there in a hurry, was looking for toilets for my child. Luckily the place was open for an art exhibition. Don't let the rustic exterior fool you. Inside it's a very modern place with excellent mod cons and a too notch toilet.

Ideal for family functions or community events. Not sure about parking though. But I didn't stay there for more than a few minutes.
