The worst vending company EVER
never any milk in the lattees always ran out that's if your lucky to even get a drink vended always takes your money but chances of getting a drink slim to none
Tell them about it was told so not interested loads of money down from drinks not received
Avoid avoid avoid there's gotta be better out there these are the worst and prices beyond a joke

Tried to get a hot drink at South Petherton Hospital but machine wouldn’t allow it as it had run out of cups. There is a sticker on the machine with a contact for feedback asking to mention the machine’s reference number but nothing written on it, just a blank space where the ref nr should be written on 🙄

Came out to mend coffee machine in November told thermostat. Paid them. Machine still didn't work, but due to work pressures did not call back until last week where I was prepared to pay to have the engineer out again. Told the thermostat was not the problem but needed a new board. So basically paid for a repair in November that wasn't needed. However they left the water on and this overflowed the bucket inside the machine, this has now flooded the waiting area, soaked the carpet and the walls. Will not help or accept responsibility. Use at your peril!

Graddon Vending's service is second to none. They have taken care of all of our companies vending needs for a number of years and are always a pleasure to deal with. Communication and service levels are always superb and they do not hesitate to go the extra mile.

Tor Bridge Primary School cannot thank Graddon Vending enough. They have supported us with a recent reading project and David Youldon who supported the management of the project was with us every step of the way. They gave up a lot of their free time and were incredibly enthusiastic about being able to support the pupils with their reading. Without them, our project would not have been possible. A local company, who most certainly have community at the heart of what they do. Tor Bridge Primary School are now the proud owners of a superb Book Vending Machine! What a waste of time, I had a meeting with Tony from Plymouth and we agreed to have his machines, we spent money on getting plumbing works done. I have spoken to Tony again today 7 weeks after first meeting where they agreed to put machines on site and he was quite rude and basically said where not putting them in now and started make up different stories about different visits. total waste of time. I will now look for a supplier that does what they say and not just whatever they want.
