This hotel deserves a higher rating!!

I stayed at the Graduate Hotel with my dog for a short business trip, and it was a lovely experience. The location is perfect for anyone looking for a quieter area, with a park just a few steps away- ideal for dog owners too!

The staff is attentive, helpful, and genuinely cares about your comfort. I did have a few special requests and they went out of their way to accommodate them.

My room was spacious, with a huge, soft like a cloud bed!😇 my pup was just as pampered with a large bed, food bowls and yummy treats waiting for him in the room! - very thoughtful!
However, I wish there was a glass bottled water provided, instead of a few small plastic ones tossed into the fridge!

For the breakfast, the buffet range concentrated on a quality over quantity and consisted of a freshly cooked, healthy options, including vegan. There is also a lovely terrace where you could enjoy your meal and take in the peaceful surroundings.😍

This was absolutely fantastic in every way. Our room was large and beautiful, the service was spectacular and the location was perfect. We loved being on the water but also so close to town and we walked everywhere. Every staff member we encountered was delightful and engaging. I can't recommend enough.

Brilliant! I could stop there but your question should be why? So first let me highlight the tremendous customer service as soon as we got to reception - nothing was too much trouble to make sure our special birthday trip was memorable. Then the general vibe in the hotel is homely, warm and welcoming. Our room was well equipped and had a great view of the river - especially striking on the sunny and frosty days. I imagine that the garden and terrace would be amazing in the summer months - drinking and eating as the punts glide by you. One other less obvious positive is the extensive and reasonably pricing on-site parking - never a given in the centre of Cambridge!||My previous two trips to Cambridge have been on business and we stayed in a different city centre hotel not too far away from this one and have been completely underwhelmed by the service and value with a hotel and staff trading on their name and location. Next time I am bringing our team to this one.||A couple of recommendations - try and get a room overlooking the river - you will be glad you did. Preserve with the driving - the little road it is down does not immediately look right - keep going!||Thanks to all the staff for making this such a memorable few days with my wife. I hope to see you again with my business trip hat on!

Probably the perfect spot in Cambridge for a hotel. Overlooking the Cam, nestled between ancient college buildings and Kings College Chapel yet only a short walk from the city centre shops. Our room had a balcony, so the view was across the river, grassland and trees was as good as it gets. |While the location has a real wow factor, the hotel itself is really not so special. It is a modern concrete and glass construction so, to me, it looks out of place. It might be nicely presented, but for the price being asked it didn’t live up to expectations.|Our room was mostly taken up by an unnecessarily large bed so there was little room for somewhere to hang clothes. Information on the facilities available at the hotel was hard to come by so perhaps there are some marvellous features we missed, but breakfast wasn’t one of them. We were politely told to go away and come back later when they were less busy, which was unexpected. When we did, we were allowed into a very nice dining area but, again, we weren’t expecting a self service buffet with such a limited choice. Don’t get any ideas about Eggs Benedict or salmon, it’s a fry-up or a very limited continental snack.|In all, it is a great location with very polite staff. A pleasant but not outstanding modern hotel but is it worth the premium price being charged?

Such a nice hotel in a great location. Everyone was so friendly from the reception to the bar and the spa. Beautiful room with outside terrace and view over the water. Nice breakfast, great bar and lovely spa facilities.

Our second visit to this wonderful hotel. Our room overlooked the river……a good choice. A stylish well positioned hotel in central Cambridge. And the service……we enjoyed a delicious evening meal with great service from Megan and Eryk. Thank you and we look forward to todays lunch before we have to depart 😢

We loved our stay! Our first time here and we will definitely be back. |We found the hotel to be quiet and relaxing, definitely what we needed. |Lovely check in by Emma. Our room was lovely, overlooking the River Cam.|We had dinner in the restaurant and watched the chefs cooking. The food was good and breakfast didn’t disappoint either.|We used the leisure facilities which was so relaxing, and the team were friendly and helpful.||Can’t wait to come back

We stayed here a few weeks ago. Brilliant location. We had a lovely family room with view of the River Cam. You could also enjoy the view sitting in the garden on deck chairs with a drink. The pool area was amazing and so much fun for our little one. Last but definitely not least, the restaurant in the hotel was the best meal we had during our stay.
