I had an amazing facial with Georgina- I felt totally confident in her expertise. My skin a week later is almost flawless. My skin looks fresher, clear , hydrated, even a little lifted. Make up glides on.
Happily recommend anyone needing a skin boost to visit Georgina and let her work her magic.
I will also mention the massage was just what I needed you found all the tension spots!
The afternoon tea was delicious we all enjoyed it and our special afternoon.

A Family Delight at Grafton Spa
⭐️ 5/5 stars

Our experience at Grafton Spa was nothing short of exceptional, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to any family seeking a memorable and relaxing retreat. The entire visit, from the moment we called to make our reservation, was an absolute pleasure.
Tucked away in a serene location, Grafton Spa provided us with a lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The warm and friendly staff greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel welcomed and well-cared-for throughout our visit.
The spa facilities were truly fantastic, offering everything we needed for an indulgent day of relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed the soothing steam room, invigorating sauna, and calming jacuzzi, all of which were well-maintained and inviting. Additionally, the variety of refreshing beverages and snacks added an extra touch of luxury to our experience.
What truly set Grafton Spa apart, however, was the private atmosphere it offered, which made it ideal for our family. We were able to enjoy the facilities without feeling crowded, allowing us to bond and unwind as a family unit in a tranquil setting.
In summary, our visit to Grafton Spa was an unforgettable experience that we will cherish for a long time. The combination of exceptional customer service, superb facilities, and a private atmosphere made it the perfect destination for our family's spa day. We can't wait for our next visit and highly recommend Grafton Spa to anyone seeking a delightful and stress-free retreat.

Booked a couples private spa for my partners birthday this morning, just wow! Walked out both feeling so relaxed and refreshed.
We both felt very welcome and the staff was very friendly.
Definitely recommend and we will be booking again ?

Very cosy spa retreat for private parties etc From the outside you do quite wonder if you have arrived yet however once you step in it feels like you are in another world entirely ?
Very well set up, the rooms are nicely done up and some of the staff were really great.
The manager was very welcoming and provided all we needed including robes, slippers etc
I had the body wrap treatment which was brilliant, the beautician knew exactly what she was doing and professional though she turned out not to be friendly towards the end as she made some unnecessary remarks which was truly disappointing ? (her name is Sunik or something along those lines and she is Eastern European)
There is a salon, yoga club, a tea room, small cafe, chiropractor etc all within the courtyard.
Loads of parking available, quite easy to access from the A5 leading up to Towcester.
The afternoon tea selection was brilliant and there was enough for everyone (please see pictures)
I would recommend a visit if you are looking for something private and affordable (not much available info on their website)

Very disappointing, booked this place for a bridal shower and had the mocktail, and private spa use for 2 hours package with the add on of cream tea.
On arrival, we came in and there was a dirty towel on the floor and the previous booking were still there.
We were told the facilities were private and no one but us would be at the spa apart from the staff. However, we saw someone walk through for a treatment and the staff were continuously walking in and out. It didn’t feel private at all. When the cream tea and mocktail was served, we noticed we only had one scone each and no tea or coffee was given. Even the mocktail was very disappointing, as it was just strawberry juice in a glass. An addition of ice or even a slice of lemon/mint could have easily been added.
The facilities were not clean at all. As I said there was a booking just before us and it was obvious no cleaning had been carried out. The hot tub had mud or sand in it and I’ve just seen a review from 2 months ago saying the same thing. Does that mean they haven’t cleaned it for over 2 months? That’s disgusting! Also there was hair in the steam room and the whole place just didn’t give a clean vibe.
There are so many better spas out there so honestly avoid this place. The team knew the booking was for a bridal shower which makes this worse.

My best friend I brought along for the spa visit made the experience enjoyable, but I wouldn't come back again.
I brought the Afternoon Tea and Private Hire for us both. She travelled down from Sweden to hang out with me in the UK. We drove to Grafton Spa from Nottingham. Hour and a half car journey. We arrived half an hour before. We were greeted extremely nicely and offered coffee even though we were early. We felt taken care of and seemed great first impression. Asked if we wanted our afternoon tea on the decking when available to us whilst they cleaned the spa for us (left over water from previous users). The food was good, sandwiches, little cakes and a scone each. Package did say Prosecco, but we weren't offered this. Only coffee or tea. They did have cocktails at £6.50 which were okay but not made from scratch (which is fair enough). Sitting outside on the decking was lovely and we essentially got shown the facilities. Was informed we would be checked on again for anything later on but we weren't, had to chase someone down after an hour for a drink. The facilities shown were the changing room, showers, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi was big and had great settings but there was sand at the bottom of the jacuzzi. No idea how that got there (we hope it was sand!) as there was no sand on site and it was all over our bodies when we came out. It made us feel dirty to be honest and made us question the cleanliness of the facilities. Sauna and stream room were nice with no complaints. Did notice the advertisement specifically states 'private hire' yet had women waiting for a treatment for a while whilst we were trying to relax. Had staff members talking whilst we were trying to relax. Showers were out in the open which was bizarre to me. Didn't drain properly and water was filling up in the shower. One of the showers wouldn't go down in temperature. Was hot and no matter how hard you tried the temperate wouldn't move. An hour til end we were sunbathing and cocktails turned up. We were asked if we were rushing off at any point (something along these lines) basically asking for an ETA as to when we were considering to leave which I felt baffled at. We still had so much time and had travelled all that way. It was 1-3 we had paid for! and Upon leaving, we went to pay for our cocktails, but realised the price was higher than anticipated. When questioned they told us it was £5 per person for use of bath robes, flip flops and towels. Fair enough if this is the case but at least specify this on your advertisement/website as this was not told to us at all. It was waivered but I've noticed a previous review from someone saying the same so surely this would be learnt from now? We still had a laugh and enjoyed the warm weather together but we definitely would not come back again. You get what you pay for. If you want somewhere that's clean that states an accurate description, pay extra for a spa that does the bare minimum

We went for a “SPA’RTY” package and we absolutely loved the experience. We enjoyed our private use of the spa facilities and individual treatments. We loved that we could choose our own playlist, the staff were so welcoming and absolutely amazing. From booking to the actual day I loved the fact that I could message them and always received a helpful response. Plus the attention to detail in personalising our afternoon tea to mark our dear friend’s birthday.
Thank you so much and we can’t wait to return for another beautiful experience. Xx

An intimate spa, with lovely outlook over fields. Wonderful masseuse. The half day spa package for 2 people is good value and includes a cream tea.
