Had my wedding here and it was an absolute disaster. Arrived at the venue, and it smelt of manure the whole day, completely ruined the experience. The service was absolutely terrible, not coordinated properly, and the waiters were rude. One of them started an argument with the guests. The owner kept coming around and rushing us at 5pm, even though we had agreed in advance that the wedding would be able to run to 6pm no issues.

Do not book here unless you want to ruin your special day and smell manure/poo.

I am a local wedding photographer and been living in the Birmingham area for many years now, Granary Hall is where I spent memorable time with friends and family, so I was over the moon when Granary Hall Country House was-finally restored in 2021
The Parkland surrounding the building is simply STUNNING, making this the perfect wedding venue, elegant, bright and extremely welcoming.
Whatever you wish for a summer or winter wedding this venue is a charming and very friendly option.
Harriet and Dwayne Christmas wedding is the perfect example of what this incredible venue has to offer.

We had our wedding at Granary hall at the end of March and, despite a little rain, it was an amazing day, made all the better for being at such a stunning venue. It's so unique for Birmingham and creates such a romantic atmosphere. All our guests loved it and it's beautiful for photos. Special mention to the wedding coordinator and hall owner Mr Wasi. He was a massive help in the run up and on the day. We highly recommend her! Thanks!

Booking Granary Hall as our wedding venue was the best choice we could have made. The venue and the grounds are absolutely stunning. The whole team at Granary sHall have been fabulous throughout the whole process, they were always available to answer my questions, and they guided us through what was a very stressful process with so much support. On the actual day of the wedding Marta & Akilah were absolutely fantastic, they were on top of every little detail and made sure the day ran smoothly. Food was delicious, decor was beautiful no doubt It really was the most perfect day- I wish I could do it all again! BEST WEDDING EVER!!!!

The Granary in Birmingham , is without any doubt my absolute favourite wedding venue in West Midlands .
As an alternative Birmingham wedding photographer, I am always on the lookout for unique, quirky and full of character places to recommend to my couples.
The Granary hall is atmospheric and romantic, a real beauty with a core historical past, so full of charm.
Distressed space with a bold personality, definitely any photographer's dream location.

An incredible wedding venue! Our wedding was amazing and all brilliantly organised by the team at Granary Hall. They looked after every detail and we had such a special day. The grounds are stunning, inside has great spaces and different rooms for different tastes. Holly was particularly amazing on the day, specially decor and food was delicious 😋, decorated beautifully

As a West Midlands wedding photographer I have photographed weddings in a lot of UK wedding venues, but Granary Halls is still one of my favourites.

Why do I love Granary Hall weddings?

-Easily accessible from Birmingham–there is plenty of free parking and the Hall,It is ideal for couples looking for the ambience of a country wedding without having to travel too far.

-It is hard to beat the idyllic setting of Granary Hall Park with its parkland, flowers, wetland and all its wildlife.

-The possibility of having the ceremony outside, if the weather is fine. Indoors or outdoors, I have loved photographing both! Having the ceremony outside is extra special, although there may be some duck and goose poo on the grass (the price you pay to be so close to nature!)

-Exceptional food provided by Granary Restaurant . I do have to mention that the food is of very high quality. I have heard so many guests congratulating the chef on the amazing wedding breakfast. And the evening pizza also goes down as a treat! I highly recommend all the catering at this venue!

-Fantastic customer service and wedding coordination. I worked with Wasi and Shani and they are super-organised with amazing attention to detail. The couples I whose weddings I have photographed have always felt well-taken care off.

In summary, Granary Hall is perfect if you are looking for a quintessentially country wedding in an idyllic setting without travelling too far from Birmingham . Granary Hall is a hidden gem in Birmingham and it is well worth checking out if you are looking for your perfect wedding venue!

I would like to thank all members of the Granary hall for everything. The decor and food were amazing. Also, the staff were very very helpful and professional. Wasi who was dealing with my wedding gave us 100% of his attention and time. He brought my fantasy wedding to reality.
