We booked two rooms to attend an event that was taking place at this hotel. It was a convenient location just for that purpose otherwise difficult to get to by public transport. They have a car park which is handy. Rooms were ok. The door locks don’t work and the staff know about this so if you’re travelling solo or with females-only, then maybe reconsider as it’s not the safest place for you. The management team aren’t very cooperative and did not offer any sort of compensation. Breakfast was basic. Overall I don’t think I’d stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this hotel either.

On the whole i liked this hotel. I had a standard room which looked and felt rather luxurious. The welcome was friendly although I dont know why you needed to take a copy of my drivers licence when i am not an international traveller.||There are faults but were minor. Few rough edges here and there, the duvet was too small for the bed, possibly a single and the shower didnt drain properly. But the hotel did benefit from free parking and free breakfast.||I'd stay here again though

I recently held my wedding at Grand Sapphire Banqueting, and I cannot express enough how incredible the experience was. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect.

The venue itself is stunning, with elegant decor and ample space for our guests. The team was attentive and professional, making the planning process seamless. They listened to our vision and executed it flawlessly.

The food was exceptional, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. Grand Sapphire truly made our special day unforgettable. I am immensely grateful for their hard work and dedication. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue.

If this is a “purpose-built hotel” then I’m in the wrong job - compared to here, Premier Inn are five-star. It’s a blinged-up factory on the Croydon Airport Industrial Estate, get your van resprayed next door whilst you check in. You remember seeing the tacky palaces Saddam Hussain used to build and apparently live in? This was designed by the same guy, or possibly the same guy’s dog. If you like acres of mirrors and marble instead of actual decor then you’ll love this place. Then you get to try what was probably originally conceived as a cell for one of Mr H’s “guests”, your room with a view of all the air conditioning plant… and more factories.||No restaurant, evening meal is room service only from a woeful menu if you’re not keen on Indian takeaways (it really is a plated Indian takeaway). If you’re already using the tiny desk to work at (and you will be as there’s nothing else to do here) then you’ve nowhere to eat your takeaway. No hanging space, no drawers, no shelves in the shower room… that tiny desk is massively overworked and you’re living straight out of your suitcase. On the plus side, it is all clean and the bed is really rather good. But why isn’t the bedside light operated by the bedside light switch? The bedside light is switched from next to the door, the bedside light switch does the main room lights. Obviously that’s way around you want it, isn’t it?||Breakfast? It’s heavily advertised as Complementary, which is just as well - having done it once there’s no way I’d pay for it twice. Imagine a large function room (mirrored walls, marble floors, ornate ceilings) with six huge tables, clearly designed to seat twelve with plenty of elbow room. Now add three people, a standard domestic kettle, some sachets of coffee, some cups, apple juice that looks and tastes more like a medical specimen, and some plates of what might be samosas, definitely boiled sausages, fried eggs and beans: welcome to your cosy breakfast. Feel free to have a game of croquet on the table, there’s plenty of room.||Fortunately my sentence is only for two nights and I’ll be going elsewhere for real food for my second night, even if I have to dig a tunnel.

Great one of a kind. Excellent customer service, Immaculate experience. Nauman absolute Legend! The team are so kind, friendly, accommodating and provide so much communication to ensure you are happy with every tiny detail of your special day.

For anyone looking for a venue that is Luxury,stunning and takes as much stress out of the planning process as possible, I cannot recommend

They have revamped the hall we were in, apparently they have three in total. They have added huge lampshades which can provide very nice lighting

This was for a wedding. Their stage was nicely decorated, and he'd They typical huge vases with fake flowers, but all tasteful

The food service was slow, but that could be due to wedding activities. For a 6pm start, I feel the food could have arrived before 8:45pm. Many people were complaining about this.

They have ample free parking, with free road parking. The location however is in amongst a trading estate, so no fancy views.

Overall they have done a nice job. Depending on what they charge, it's not a bad venue

I recently hosted my daughter's wedding on October 5th at Grande Sapphire, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to make my guests feel welcome. A special shoutout to Waqas and his team for their exceptional support and attentiveness throughout the day. My guests loved every minute of the experience, and it truly made for one of the most memorable days of our lives. Thank you, Waqas, for making it so special!

Pleasant hotel room set over a sprawling 3 floors. Rooms come in various sizes and had no problem boking a room for a midweek stay in a twin room. The bed was rather comfy and the facilities were well presented. Foyer staff were very helpful. Worth a look.
