We had our wedding at Grand Station in August 2025, and the day honestly couldn’t have gone better. Everything ran so smoothly and the team made sure we could just relax and enjoy every moment.

A huge thank you to Hani, our event manager, your calm approach, attention to detail and dedication truly made our day feel effortless. From planning to the smallest touches, you had everything covered and made the whole process so easy for us.

Thanks also to Teejay and Arooj for all the support in the lead-up. The decor, food and service were all spot on. We’re so grateful to the whole team for helping make the day even better than we imagined.

I recently attended a wedding reception at Grand Station this September, and it was truly a magical experience from start to finish. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure the day ran smoothly and beautifully — everything was perfect.

You could see how much love and effort went into making sure the couple were comfortable, relaxed, and able to enjoy their special moments together.

From the stunning décor and delicious food to the professionalism of the staff, everything was first-class. All the guests, myself included, couldn’t stop praising the elegant setup, seamless service, and warm atmosphere throughout the evening.

Well, starting with the positives, all due credit and huge huge thanks has to 100% go to Hani. He saw our vision, and with me being a Project Manager as Hani indeed is, he knew my thoughts, processes and fears. He kept us calm and fully explained everything.
He looked after us all day from start to end ensuring we had drinks and food and orchestrated timings beautifully and to our expectations.
The Grand Station truly has a great asset and loyal dedicated caring employee which you should be proud of.

My only few concerns as an honest review is communications. There isn't enough of it. Left far too little and far too late leaving us quite emotionally drained and wondering what was gping on at times.
From booking in September 2023 we dealt with 3 people until June 2025 where we than had a 4th person - To Emma - you picked everything up so quickly given how close we were to.our date following a previous employee who had left.Thank you for reasuring us.
The handover process should have been better and that solely lies on the Mgmt teams. The apologies we got we accept but should NOT have come from the people above but from Danny and Vishkay the owner.
That aside, all was good, the experience brilliant and went over and above to achieve our dream wedding so thank you.
So, once again Hani, thank you for being amazing. Whatever they pay you isn't enough.

We got married here on the 25th July!
The whole team were absolutely amazing, especially Hani - his attention to detail is everything! He was with us from start to finish on our day, as well as part of our planning meetings. The lead up to the wedding and the whole day ran so smoothly - the staff truly are a credit to the station. We felt like celebrities!

I cannot recommend Hani enough! From start to finish, he was the most attentive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented wedding coordinator I could have asked for. Not only did he make sure everything ran smoothly for me, but he went above and beyond to ensure my parent especially my mum were comfortable and looked after throughout the day.

I had been raving about Hani to my now-husband throughout the entire wedding planning process, and the moment he finally met him, he completely understood why. Hani’s calm presence, incredible eye for detail, and genuine care made all the difference. He truly made our day seamless, stress-free, and so special.

Choosing Grand Station for our wedding reception was honestly the best decision we made. Throughout the whole process, the team has been so welcoming and supportive for our big day. Teejay really helped with organising the final details with suppliers as we got closer to the time. Hani has been nothing short of amazing! He has helped us since we first met him and supported us with choosing the decor for the venue that really made our vision come to life. His attention to detail was out of this world.
