A fabulous place to stay - Warren and Pete are amazign hosts and provide a warm and friendly place to stay. Breakfast is delicous and cooked perfectly. The rooms are sumptuous and we always sleep well. Our little dog is made to feel very welcome and we all love the way we are cared for.

Well that’s another fabulous Christmas spent at Grange Bank House. It was everything you could want and more. Warren and Peter were outstanding hosts as ever, assisted by gorgeous Maggie. The other guests were really great company and we had the best time together. We can’t thank Peter and Warren enough for making our Christmas break so special. Can’t wait for our next visit.

When we first booked to go to Grange house, we got a lovely welcome over the telephone. They even helped book the ferry for us. |Grange Bank House is a lovely Bred and Breakfast in the lovely old village of Shanklin. |There is lots of shops, restaurants and the beach is not far.|As soon as we walked into Grange bank House we got a warm welcome from Pete and Maggie the dog.|The room was very spacious and the bed was so comfortable we had a really good nights sleep. There was tea and coffee available, with biscuits and sweets left at night. Lovely touch.|In the morning there was an excellent choice for breakfast was well cooked and presented and we were not rushed. The breakfast room was airy and spacious. They even allowed us to eat there at night if we wanted too. Ie pizza and fish and chips. |Later we saw Warren, and again such a warm welcome.|Both Pete and Warren gave us loads of ideas of what to see and do, and suggestions where to eat at night. Must book ahead. |We stayed Monday to Friday. And will be booking next year again.

We just came home after staying a week , Pete and Warren are exceptional hosts , they have thought of everything like messaging your room is ready whilst we are on the ferry , mugs for your coffee in your room , large cafetière for Fi in the morning at breakfast , the breakfast is fantastic and Warren does great poached eggs, the location is superb for restaurants and theatre is 5 mins away||The place is so clean and a home from home. ||If trip advisor allowed I would give Pete and Warren 6 stars ||Will recommend to all our friends and family ||Thank you Paul and Fi and hope to see you again soon

This was our second stay at Grange Bank House and once again, we had a wonderful time. Warren and Pete go the extra mile for their guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean, tidy, and super comfortable with everything you could need. We had a fridge in our room and water added to it daily. The special treat hanging off our door every night is also a lovely touch. The breakfasts are cooked to perfection in the morning and made to order. Warren and Pete are always around for a chat, have lots of knowledge of local attractions, and of course their pawfect Customer Liaison Manager, Maggie, often greeted us at the door (a fabulous bonus for any dog lovers!). I would highly recommend staying here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else on the Isle of Wight! Overall, the whole guesthouse has a warm, friendly, and homely feel. Thank you Grange Bank House for an amazing holiday.
Pete & Warren were by far the best hosts we have ever had, nothing was too much trouble for them.
The breakfasts were wonderful and always cooked with 'love' so they tasted even better.
The room was comfortable and a real home from home, although no one places chocolates on my door before bedtime at home. Such a lovely little extra gesture.
Maggie(4 legged customer service manager) was a delight to have around, and a great companion for our dog too.
If you want a great relaxed laid back place to stay, then look no further. 100% recommend.

Where do we start it’s like going home, eight of us four couples visit every year for the scooter rally from the moment we arrive until the moment we leave it’s like home from home. The rooms are spotless, the attention to detail water in the fridge to the treat at bedtime. The honestly bar is wonderful. The lovely Maggie, the breakfast is cooked to order. Nothing is too much trouble for Peter and Warren there is no better place in Shanklin to stay. Thank you for being the perfect hosts as always see you next year if not before
