I literally don't have a bad word to say. Food is fantastic, great quality. Good drink selection. Great facilities. Staff were attentive, polite and friendly. Building is beautiful. Our room was immaculate in every way, attention to detail on point. I also wanted to mention that the whole hotel seemed really clean. Will definitely return, had the best night's sleep of my life!

We stayed two nights in the Sable D'Or suite which is very, very spacious, has two TVs, double couches opening out onto a balcony, freestanding bath, views over the Bay- what a luxurious experience. This suite would be great for a bride preparing for her wedding as it has so much space. The food in the dining room was delicious. The hotel was in the process of renovation and I think it is going to be lovely and modern, once finished. The hotel staff were friendly, accommodating and eager to please. We walked around the surrounding town, boardwalk, duck ponds mostly in the rain however this area must be stunning in Summer, especially when one can explore the lagoon and sea areas.

This place is great. The spa facilities are small but do the job. My room had a stunning view of the bay. And the breakfast was top notch !!! It’s shame i hear it’s going really modern, the old art deco character is the best thing about it. The gardens and fountain out front make great insta pics as well.

Wonderful experience. Staff incredibly friendly welcoming and helpful. We must shout out for Gloria - our dinner server who smiled the whole 3 days, was so attentive albeit so very busy throughout with every other restaurant guest. Yeah we had to wait for our food BUT for us it expanded the evening experience. Thank you Gloria.
Chef - food was delicious - well presented and tasted amazing.
Our spa experience was so lovely too. Massages gently but expertly implemented added to our visit. Our room was lovely - albeit a tad on the chilly side as we spent the day there bobbing between pool, sauna, steam and spa massages. But our experience tells us WE WILL BE BACK. Great place for your special visit or just to treat yourself. You deserve it. Don't miss this place.

Attended a wedding, stayed 2 nights. From the moment of getting there till leaving, honestly can't fault everyone involved. The place is lovely especially the recently renovated rooms. The rooms that were used to function the wedding was lovely. The outside setting is beautiful. Staff go above and beyond, nothing was an issue for them, even finding us a raw sausage to bury ( night before wedding tradition) Even tho renovations are still ongoing this didn't disturb or affect in any way, the guys renovating were lovely. Special thanks to the lady (with glasses) on Reception, the wedding coordinator and cam the bar man. The waiters serving food were professional. Was a perfect day. Thank you

This is our 3rd stay and it was nice to see it all refurbished and our room really beautiful 220. Items needed: case stand and stool in bathroom. The lift needs attention. Closed too quickly and tore the skin off my wife's arm. We're afraid what would have been a lovely stay was marred by this incident. She isn't well anyway and this really shook her up. She now has to visit the doctors for treatment when we got home. And again congratulations on the refurbishment of the hotel. It really is lovely and the staff were excellent. What an Amazing weekend we had with family and friends at The Grange Hotel, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left all the staff were fantastic. The breakfast and evening meal were superb. The rooms were amazing with a hugh comfy bed and stunning views. Massive thank you to all the staff that made our stay the very special

I went with 3 other friends - All paid exactly the same £525.00 for a single room each - We all had a different sized room - 2 had a single room just a single bed and very cramped bathrooms no where to put toiletries and my shower was hopeless - I didn’t complain - I should have The other single room was worse it had a shower that only a child could use and a wardrobe was a pipe cupboard - we all went and complained about this room - She did get it changed for a newly decorated room a walk in shower and a very good sized bedroom plus she now has a bath as well - The other 2 rooms were all fully kitted out bedrooms with bath and shower and had a place to put toiletries etc etc They also had 4 posted bed and a very large sized bed could easily fit 3 people Plus very big bedrooms - My point is we all booked at same time - We all paid exactly the same each - but all totally different sized rooms - I feel cheated |If someone had booked for a single room we should have had all the same sized rooms - |The girl who complained and rightly so - also got a Free Massage - I felt she deserved it - My room hadn’t got a proper wardrobe it was very very small - So I couldn’t unpack I literally lived from my suitcase |Whoever sorted out the rooms - really need to up their game - It’s took me until now to say anything as I didn’t want to spoil the holiday - |Another point I would like to make - a lot of people need to use mobility scooters or a wheelchair - if they came to this hotel with any kind of disability most rooms were not suitable as in all rooms there were no rails of any kind to get in and out of shower - one poor man he was with his wife only got a bath and he could not get or out of a bath - He needed a walk in shower - He had to manage at the sink |More thought and care needed with the bedrooms especially when people have booked together and paid the same price?|Hotel itself downstairs / reception / dining room / bar etc etc all had been refurbished- looked lovely |Lift was a joke - There were only 152 bedrooms and only one lift and this in big letters says only holds 3 people at one time which can only carry a certain weight |Also on table in dining room - was a menu for breakfast - where certain items were an extra charge - I’ve not seen this before |The extra charge for quite a few items was all priced at £4.00 each |Also they also have an idea if you don’t have room service they give you a voucher for £5.00 each day - I did do this after the first day of room service - as whoever serviced the room - only emptied bin’s and replaced what I had used coffee tea sugar etc |Nothing else was done - my bed wasn’t even made - So the 3rd and 4th day I didn’t get room service as No Point - However I prefer to have my room serviced properly - to me that is part of my holiday - However £5.00 doesn’t get you much as prices are very expensive at the bar
