We stayed for three nights on a visit to Bath. We had a four poster room, which was spotless and very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were, again, spotless and modern. The view across Bath from our first floor room was amazing. The B and B is a ten minute from the centre of Bath, it’s on a hill but it’s just a brisk walk. There is a local bus service if you have mobility problems. The staff were really friendly and efficient. Breakfast was wonderful, stunning scrambled eggs, salmon, full English etc. it’s nice to be able to park and leave the car at the B and B, so as to enjoy the restaurants, bars and sights of Bath, we will definitely stay again.

We stayed at Grays for my husband’s 60th birthday. We were on the 2nd floor in room 12 which was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spacious. The little touches such as bath robes and slippers, daily fresh water and Kit Kats along with the usual tea and coffee facilities were much appreciated, as were the supply of mince pies in reception. Views from our rooftop windows across the city were amazing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Grays is ideal for those wanting off street parking but not quite in the centre of town. Just be aware that the car park is quite tight for those with larger vehicles. A short walk down hill took us straight into the city and I believe there was a nearby bus stop for those not wishing to walk. Everything about Grays was smart and clean. We would definitely stay there again if ever in Bath.

WOW! Of our 4 week vacation to the UK, this was by far the best place we've stayed! Beautiful home, excellent location, large bedroom with ensuite, fully equipped with coffee and tea available as well as needed toiletries, including hairdryer, robes and slippers. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Large wonderful breakfast.

Very reasonably priced for what you get.

Just perfect! We stayed in room 12, it was gorgeous. |Comfy bed, great shower and good views.|Parking space was a bonus too.|The breakfast was amazing and the staff so lovely. We had a beautiful room here with a lovely view of the city. The snacks, coffees and teas were well stocked up and thoughtful. Location wise it’s about 15 mins walk from the station/city centre and is uphill when walking back to hotel. We appreciated the warm welcome by staff and the complimentary Prosecco for my birthday!

Nice little pit stop location in the hills of Bath. Really lovely reception on arrival and a beautiful house. A really nice room - though the backboard of the bed appeared to have sick or some kind of discoloured pigment. ||Breakfast was nice, would have loved baked beans with the cooked breakfast but otherwise nice. Also would be ideal having an 8am slot for breakfast. We know this stretches working hours but we felt the earliest 8.30am slot was a tad too late.||Lovely weekend in Bath and a lovely B&B to compliment it

A friendly welcome, a bonus having parking, very comfortable room, delicious breakfast. Loved how the room was decorated - in fact all areas that we visited. Breakfast staff were excellent juggling a full house. A very good place to stay. We would definitely return.
