My first visit to the Green Ayurveda Spa was a birthday present. Since then, I've made 10 visits, and more are planned. I feel very fortunate to have found this place, which I consider to be a real gift to our area here in Yorkshire. It's too early to say exactly what effect the consultations and massage therapy have had on my autoimmune disease (which doesn't seem to respond well to most experimental treatments that I have tried), but I can say that I come away from every session feeling deeply relaxed and peaceful, after time spent in compassionate and expert hands. That alone is worth going back for. I feel fairly confident that these treatments are good for my health condition, and I can say with certainty that they are good for the soul! The team is highly knowledgeable and highly skilled, as well as deeply caring.

I highly recommend Green Ayurveda Spa. I have been having regular treatment for sciatic pain and feel much better for my monthly treatment. Jo is very good and has identified and treats the whole person, not just the symptoms, which has been right for me. I booked a course of 12 treatments, which is very good value. I had undergone few sessions of kizhi massage with herbal steam bath at Green Ayurveda Spa in Wetherby.
I felt so much better right away. I’m very grateful to Dr Jolly and team.
Excellent facilities with a friendly approach and very positive environment.
