I phoned earlier today got appointment no problem. Have had many massages over the years, this was my first Chinese massage, but can quite honestly say this was one of the best I've ever had. Lilly was fantastic. 90 mins of pure bliss. I feel stressless and re-energised. Will defo be going back. Thank you x

The room was cozy, staffs were very friendly, and it was easy and fast to make the appointment, they were be able to fit me in straight away.
Tried hot stones for the very first time, it was very relaxing! Nice treat on the weekend, excited to try scrapping and cupping next! very lovely service, keep up with the good work ladies !

We booked for 2 one hour Swedish/Deep tissue massage the day before and it was spectacular! The masseuse (Lady Gaga) was very professional and kind, and she definitely knew what she was doing. Felt very relaxed afterwards. We were only visiting Bath but I'm sure I would be there every week if I'd live there, highly recommend!

Lovely staff and I felt very welcome. Never done anything like this before. I had cupping. Very attentive and asked how I was and gave me a bit of advice of what to do after. Felt great after and still do now. I know not the same for everyone but I was able to walk pain free which I haven't be able to do in months. Will definitely go back. X

A first class massage service with very friendly well-trained professional staff that knew exactly how to relieve me of neck pain I've suffered from for nearly 30 years!.
Genuine welcome from the moment I entered the premises. No false smiles or statements.
Very clean, and well maintained. If you have genuine aches and pains or need to unwind after a hard day at work I'd have no hesitation in recommending this establishment.
I'll be back!.Well done, 5 stars.

Turned up a few minutes early for a 10am massage to a sign that says we are busy with a number to call. Naturally I assumed it wasn't meant for me as my massage was. Booked for 10 for 45 mins.
A lady opened the door to tell me to go away as she was busy. I tried to explain that I had an appointment for 10 and perhaps she was waiting for me. She said no she is busy I need to go away and come back 1035. A little perplexed as I thought there was a communication issue with the masks and and English not being the first language of the lady answering the door, and I struggling a little to hear her I repeated myself. I was then repeatedly told to go away. I thought this was unprofessional as I had booked prior and no one called me to rearrange.

I can't personally comment on the quality of the message as I didn't have one but I will not be returning in 45 mins based on the first impression

I had a deep tissue massage yesterday. I was charged £50 instead of £45.
The massage wasn’t good.. it was like being rubbed hard. Not a profesional massage. Didn’t do my neck or shoulders from the front. I deserve my money back.
