I’ve had several treatments with Caroline, including reflexology, Indian head massage, and back, neck, and shoulder massage, and I can honestly say each one has been amazing! Her technique is fantastic, and I always leave feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

Caroline’s treatment room is beautifully set up—calm, soothing, and the perfect environment to unwind. She has such a warm and professional approach, and her knowledge and expertise really shine through in everything she does.

I would like to share with others how luxurious, relaxing and therapeutic all treatments I have had from Caroline at Greenacre Holistic Therapies over the past year. Caroline has the perfect balance of making you feel relaxed, pampered and de stressed. After each session I feel uplifted and relaxed. Today my treatment was the best yet as I received a 90 min treatment which had a combination of Neals Yard Facial, Indian Head massage, hand massage and finished with Reflexology. I have had treatments like this from other therapists but would now not go anywhere else.

Greenacre Holistic Therapies is an important priority in my life to make sure I fit in self care and I come out feeling rebalanced and grounded. I love the reflexology (feet) therapy and also have suffered with acne over the years and with most of my life searching & spending on & trialling various acne treatments (I am 28) I personally found the LED mask to be so effective in clearing my acne. My skin is the best it has ever been, experiencing the odd blemish (normal) ever since. I continue to pair the LED mask with my reflexology (feet) appointment - fab that you can combine the two at the same time! Caroline takes care to make sure your appointment is personalised, she is professional, and has a non judgemental, caring approach. I feel so comfortable in her presence. Exceptional service, I highly recommend!!!

I had a wonderful treatment with Caroline at Greenacre Holistic Therapies last week. She gave me the most relaxing facial reflexology and hand treatment, as well as a head massage. It massively helped to reduce my current stress and anxieties and I felt extremely relaxed and calm afterwards, the best nights sleep I’ve had in months! The Neals Yard products used smell amazing, and are such good quality. I can’t recommend her enough and can’t wait to come back for another treatment again soon!

Today I had an hour treatment of aromatherapy reflexology. As a teacher, I am half way through the summer holidays and arrived feeling pretty chilled......... I left floating!
I sometimes find it hard to fully relax when having treatments elsewhere, but Caroline's professional yet friendly approach and beautiful treatment room left me feeling at ease. I had forgotten what it felt like to have an hour just for me and to feel that de-stressed.

I’ve been experiencing high levels of stress and a overall burn out since becoming a Mum, so I decided to book in with Greenacre HT following a recommendation from a friend. I was really impressed by the whole experience, I especially loved the treatment room where I could feel myself begin to relax in before the treatment had even started. Caroline is very knowledgeable in her field and put me at complete ease throughout. I went for the “Rebalance me” which was absolutely amazing! I’d forgotten what complete relaxation felt like.
