Loved this site.
Basic facilities but fantastic views over the countryside.
Really welcoming host.
Right close the the Wall.
Electric pitches on a bit of a slope.
Loads of room for kids to play.
Really quiet.

Camped here while walking the wall, and emailed ahead to arrange vegan breakfast and packed lunch. Host really went above and beyond with both - thank you so much! Beautiful spot, convenient for Hadrian's Wall, and picnic tables are always a godsend when you're packing up a tent.

Fantastic place. Very friendly and helpful people, good value for money. Basic facilities but just what you need. Found them as I was coming off the hilly bits. Spent the rest of the trip recommending to people going other direction. Owners should consider rolling out along the trail.||Can’t recommend enough!

Just came back from a 2 day camping trip, we had an excellent time. Showers and toilets were spotless and always getting cleaned and stocked up on toilet roll etc. Owners very friendly and a great place with a beautiful view. Great prices for camping, Can't wait to go back again. Thank you so much greencarts

Stayed in the Bunkhouse. Perfect for recharging after a hike of Hadrian's Wall. Super friendly staff, beautiful and pieceful environment between the fields, soft beds, warm rooms and a well equipped kitchen. No shops or pubs at walking distance though, but you can perfectly Cook or do delivery, all info for the latter is available on site. There is however possibility for a nice breakfast.

Our recent stay at Greencarts Farm Bunkhouse was a pleasant surprise. Split over two floors, the accommodation offered a cosy stopover on our 84 miles Hadrian's Wall charity walk. On the ground floor, we found the kitchen dining area, which was well-equipped and provided a comfortable space for meals and relaxation. Upstairs, two bedrooms with two bunk beds each awaited us, along with a convenient shower room.||||While the accommodation was slightly more compact than expected, the mattresses were comfortable, and the bedding was clean and of good quality. We appreciated the opportunity to pitch a tent to accommodate our female walker.||||Jean Newton's warm welcome made us feel right at home, and her attention to cleanliness ensured that the accommodation remained tidy throughout our visit. The private rooms provided a sense of privacy, and the shared facilities, including the shower room, toilet, and kitchen, were well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to entertainment with the provided TV.||||Overall, our experience at Greencarts Farm Bunkhouse was much more than we expected, thanks to its cosy atmosphere, personal touches, and Jean's hospitality. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a charming retreat during their travels.

We stayed for 3 nights really loved the place lovely and relaxing , lovely staff so freindely first time there and will be back soon to stay again . Met the farm cats so friendly as well , Tiolets spotless every time we used them , and showers clean place for you to wash and dry your clothes also very reasonable for using , sink for doing dishes as well all round very good campsite

Excellent campsite for those walking the wall. Ample facilties and well maintained. Showers, washing up, laundry, etc. Simple but just what you need. Staff on site and easily accessible. Nice additions like picnic tables, etc. Close to the wall. Would recommend!
