Excellent food and very friendly service. The young man behind the counter was attentive and helpful. The cheese and onion pasty was really good and freshly cooked as he had suggested, the first white and pink jammy were delightful as always. I love Gregg's and will be back.

Really handy for use on the way to work: however at the times I have visited (06:00-06:30) there's only one person serving, cooking etc and consequently rushed off their feet with a queue of lazy workers who didn't make a pack up. Be patient we only have ourselves to blame?‍?

It's a services , you have fuel food coffee all in one building and on a separate building you have a Starbucks.
Also manual car wash and air/water payed all by cash or card. Note that this services at times are very busy but they always have the all store very nicely clean amd organised.
Toilets are almost a pleasure to use as they are an perfect example of how they should be anywhere

Absolutely terrible attitude from one of the servers today....
Firstly i questioned why i was being charged £9.25 for a breakfast baguette.... And they couldn't seem to fathom out what the actual price was.... Usually £4.55 anywhere else in the country. So because she got questioned why she got all attitude about it ...i then explained to her fully... What the actual breakfast deal is... I get it at the correct price.

Complaint will be going into the head office.
She ended up putting the other server in a terrible situation by not actually knowing what her job is.
Worst service ever in a Greggs in whole of the UK.

Always great food and at reasonable prices. You can get a coffee and a sandwich (and maybe even a cake or bun)for the price of a coffee at Costa or Starbucks. Shops are always clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. In these difficult times, the well-being of customers and staff is a high priority.
