What an amazing venue... Grosvenor have gone all out on this site ... It's stunning !!

I came to do some work on site here today and I must say they have some exceptional members of staff working here...

Everyone I interacted with was above reproach... Friendly, Helpful and Courteous.

I enjoyed my work visit and there were lots of happy customers also enjoying the facilities, having a great time.

Tammy (C.M), Mylon and Alex all assisted me while on site today so a big "Thank You" to you and the rest of the team..

Great place for drinks, slots, roulette, black jack. Weekends are busier. Food menu is also available. Location is excellent walking distance to Highcross shopping centre and bars and restaurants too.

Very chilled and interesting evening. Was going to play Mahjong, but the put the tables away around 6pm. Manager showed us how to play roulette. He was really helpful.

Absolutely terrible service. Basically pizza and chips. Together took 25mins for the food. I ask for the chilli and myo took other 10mins. Simply customer service. Why?
Did it take so long for this simple service. She was not happy when my question. She ask her Manger to sorting out Name JO. FLOOR MANGER I TOLD HER TO LOOK AT THE FOOTAGE. SHE THREATENED ME TO KICK ME OUT. For no reason. Because I was questioned her about my action.Show me the proof. 2/10

Cracking place to add a bit of fun to a night out. I can’t gamble responsibly to save my life but I’ve had some good wins so can’t complain. Minimum bet on the outside of the roulette table is a bit high imo, but it’s all good fun. Bar prices are reasonable, and people watching is good fun

Probbably the best I've been to, and I've been to a few.

A wide range of games, and lots of tables for each, you may struggle to find a seat at peak times so I recommend going when quieter.

The dealers are all very helpful and polite.

My only issue is the waiters are few and far between, I had been waiting for one (the dealer had summoned) for over an hour before I went to get it myself.

I've been coming here for 20 years and it's the best casino in the UK, so friendly and staff are good with active promos all the time. Open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Recently been refurbished too, everything new and updated so very good experience, would highly recommend to anyone weather it's a late drink or a for a drink, food and gamble. All sports shown on big screen TV too.!!!

The casino is what it is but the restaurant is notable for the fact it has an extremely large and high quality screen on which to watch sports. The soft drinks are free if you are a member and the food is on par with any sports bar or pub. The staff are quite friendly and accommodating.
