We loved our stay at Grove Barn. Our beautiful twin room was extremely well equipped with the biggest bathroom we have ever seen seen! Everything was top spec and immaculately clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order - delicious and piping hot. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Grove Barn B&B, set in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. The rooms are spacious, superbly furnished and equipped. Breakfast is extremely tasty and wholesome and Steph is an amazing host. We would highly recommend.

Perfect in every way. Rooms are fabulous and spotlessly clean. Steph is so welcoming. Great selection for breakfast. Perfect location for us to stay while visiting relatives in the local area.

We had a 60th birthday party to attend in a nearby village and chose the Grove Barn B and B for an overnight stay. When we arrived we were greeted by the lovely Steph who showed us to our room. We stayed in the Garden Room. The room was light and spacious and very clean. The hospitality tray was well stocked, and the availability of fresh milk was a nice touch. The bathroom was also very clean with a large shower. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept very well. Everything had a fresh feel to it.
For breakfast there was a good choice of options, I opted for a full English which was very nice.
Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend and return if the need arose.

Nothing was too much trouble for our host Steph. Could not fault anything. Fresh milk available for tea and coffee. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed there a couple months ago and what can I say about the place ? From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out we was made to feel at home. The room was outstanding the breakfast was spot on and a lovely location. The owners are lovely. There is space to park off street. The next village is a 10 minute drive with lovely Nick knacky shops a lovely pub to eat a tea room and several other shops. If you’re after a lovely break away from fast life this is the place to go. Nice walks food and chill and a comfortable place to stay what more could you ask for we are definitely going there again next year.

I was in Norfolk for work purposes so unfortunately, I could only stay the one night.
There was a lovely welcome from Steph and Alan and I was made to feel very much at home.
The room was furnished to a high standard and everything was absolutely spotless. I had a great night's sleep as there was no passing traffic and the rural location meant that there was no light pollution.
There is a decent internet connection and BBC iPlayer streamed without issue. I also got a good EE phone signal.
I opted for a cooked breakfast which was delicious. There's plenty of choice on offer to cater for most tastes.
Hopefully, I'll get to stay there again, but next time, for longer.
