We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Numi and Charles were great hosts from the start, welcoming us with tea and biscuits after our long drive! They have loads of brilliant local knowledge and were able to recommend many lovely places to visit during the day and great pubs and restaurants for our dinner.

The accommodation is extremely comfortable, we loved all the antiques, the magnificent grounds and (of course) the cats..!

Best B&B in England! With just the one ensuite guest room, private entrance, living room, and dining area, it's very special. The hosts are so friendly and interesting, and breakfast was brilliant. There are countryside and riverside walks directly from the house, and it's a beautiful walk to Whitby (~1hr).

Lovely b&b run by the even more lovely Numi. A brilliant base from which to tour the region, or just stay and enjoy a break from, well, everything. No hesitation to recommend.
