Very enjoyable stay for 2 nights this week. Staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was superb and made to order. Dinner was also very, very good and reasonably priced with a good selection. There is also an afternoon tea availability and dedicated room. The African bar was a nice touch and the downstairs rooms were large and traditional which could be used during your stay. Stayed in room 7 which was light and well prepared with coffee/tea/hot chocolate and their own bottled cider to try. Cosy en-suite but with everything that you needed including toiletries. Bed was large and comfortable. Good car parking and 2 localised bus stops if required to travel in each direction. Overall a wonderful hall hotel experience with extensive grounds and internal facilities. Would definitely stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised with this little gem in Hastings! We booked a quick trip for the weekend from London and received a phone call before our departure welcoming us and recommending a local place for dinner (lots of little touches like this made all the difference). Excellent customer service, room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent; and for what we paid it was incredible value for money. The hotel is tucked away but close to nearby bus stop on Rye and peaceful enough for a good nights sleep. Would definitely return again.

It was decided that I needed somewhere to stay close to Hastings and I didn't want the normal places. On arrival I was greeted by the owner and told I was in room 8, The room was very clean and 2 complimentary bottles of local cider. Evening Meal was beautiful and there was a very good choice of starter, main and dessert and they cater for dietary requirements. I had a very good night's sleep and the breakfast in the morning was a good choice. The waitress Sophie was very polite and helpful and is a credit to the hotel

I loved this quirky bed and breakfast. It is in an ideal location for exploring Hastings and the surrounding area. The staff are very friendly (thank you Catherine). The rooms are bright and airy and very comfortable. The food was lovely, as a vegetarian I sometimes struggle for catering, however a vegetarian menu was drawn up for me with plenty of choices. The vibe at this place is awesome. I have added a reel to my instagram and am uploading a review to my YouTube page. I loved it that much.

This was a last minute 1-night stay booking as my husband and I were visiting Tibbs Farm for dinner; travelling from Maidstone and didn't want to drive the hour journey home after a lovely meal.|The hotel was really cosy and homely and reasonably priced; we upgraded to a super king room with a bath.|Breakfast was also lovely and included in the price of the stay.|The only reason for 4-stars was that I felt the outside needed a little sprucing. I don't think the outside view did the inside of the hotel justice.

Just met friends that I hadn’t seen for a while for breakfast at the Guestling Hall Hotel. Wow, what a feast awaited us. We all had a full English which was cooked to perfection (local sausages were amazing). We could help ourselves to as much tea, coffee, juice, toast, cereals etc as we wanted. ||For me, the cherry on the cake…not only was my dog very much welcome, i was offered a dog sausage with my breakfast which was served with a nice bowl of cold water.!!! It’s these little touches that make a difference and will ensure I return again. Very well done and thank you 👏 👏 👏

We had a Wonderfull Sunday easter lunch here |Thank you to cath and the staff .|There was 7 of us and all our orders came out together and was very nice .and plenty. Of food. |Im told they have new staff there now and the |Manager was so friendly i must say we were made to feel very welcome and was showed around the lovely grounds . Im looking forward to returning for a friends wedding reception there in june . Wonderful peaceful hide away with stunning sea views

The staff were polite and smiley. Unfortunately the outside of the building needed needs lots of repairs and painting. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy but it had 2 faults. The toilet seat was very loose and the plug in the sink didn't fit tight so that water ran out before you could was your face. Both need attention.
