I stayed here for 2days a year ago, Comfortable cozy room, Perfect customer service (online) which is completely as physical is, entertaining codes for the main entrance and room door provided on spot. Completely furnished more than needed for 3 days stay. Clean room as well. Transportation reachable just 3 or 4 steps only. Highly recommended.

Good studio size room located in Acton High Street. Had a code we were emailed to gain entry. The door was a bit stiff but managed to open in the end. The room was small but clean . With a microwave and bathroom etc. Basic but good . Seemed clean . No complaints.

Great hotel, The flats are clean and tidy, Beds clean and comfertable Little maintanince work required to freshen the rooms up. Walking distance to Tube, Bus Stops and Shops. Would happily come back in the future.

I'm not sure if this is an Airbnb or a hotel? We booked via Airbnb but the signage claims it is a hotel. The room was OK, beds were warm and comfy and there is a small kitchen and even a washing machine. The bathroom was fine if a bit tired. No bedside light and no shower gel, just hand wash.

The main issues were that there was no heating even though it was 3 degrees outside, so the room was cold. There were radiators but no obvious means of turning them on.

The location is pretty sketchy. Doesn't bother me as I lived in London for years, but foreign visitors might find it...entertaining . Someone was murdered right outside a few weeks ago, and there is a memorial outside.

The biggest issue is that the place is a death trap from a fire safety point of view. Yes, there are wired smoke detectors , but there is no fire escape, no self closing doors, no fire fighting equipment, no partitioning on the corridors and vertiginous stairway and all the windows are sealed UPVC units so you can't get out that way.

I don't often stay in places where I'm in fear of my life, but this was one of them. I can't believe this place confirms to fire regulations, certainly not if it is a hotel as seems to indicate. I was glad to get out alive, and won't be going back.

Room 14, not a great start as I’ve attached pictures of all the problems I’ve spotted so far and the area does not seem the nicest…

I will update this review as my stay continues but so far I’m not overly impressed… the one good thing is the local transport links seem quite frequent.

The intercom is hanging off the wall with an exposed screw.

The shower look like it’s just has water sprayed on it as there is still hairs and quite dirty.

The fire TV stick does not work as it has no power cable.

Calling looks quite damp near kitchen area.

Plugs in kitchen are next to the sink which I think is very odd place and can cause potential problems.

The clock does not work above the door.

Light in kitchen it not fully fitted making it useless.

The mirror in the bathroom has screws showing that seem to be rusty and can cause harm to guests.

Horrible experience, no booking confirmation or details were sent until hours after & calling the "hostel" as I was outside unable to gain entry, as you have to entre a code on the unguarded door which opened the the community hallway.
There is no reception, customer service or help when needed. My room had not been clean and if it had it was definitely slap dash effect, leaving me to clean the shower and lay my own bedding down.

If that wasn't bad enough, the microwave didn't work, whether the socket or fuse box, I don't care I shouldn't have to deal with that. I left to buy food and was attacked by a bunch of Arab men screaming racial profanity and refusing to let me pass and get back into the "hostels" entrance. As it's on the main road they saw me come out.
Police were called but as I couldn't get through to management they were unable to receive the CCTV.
In the morning I was woken up at 10:00 a.m. by clean is trying to enter the room, they claim check out was 11 a.m. which wasn't shared with me and even so doesn't explain why there was entering the room so early.
After speaking with management and having my check out push till 12:00 after being attacked and not getting back into bed until 1:00 a.m. unclaiming the next book and wasn't until 1:00 p.m., the next visitor entered the room on their own at 11:30 to my dismay.

Absolutely disgusting how people get away with charging extortionate prices knowing they haven't even provided the bare minimum for customers.
