Small site but very well maintained. Secluded with high hedges and tress surrounding the space. One hard standing the rest are grass pitches.|Nice facilities.|Shower block isn’t heated and was chilly. However very clean and the showers had good hot water. |We were pitched near the water and waste faculties which was good for us. But the site being small it’s not far even from the other end.|This was the very first ever caravan holiday for is and not far from this site as a very well stocked caravan and camping accessories shop. Crowland caravan and camping. |I would fully recommend this site.|

Have stayed at this site in my camper twice now and the pitches are excellent with a nice high hedge around. Excellent if you just want some peace and quiet. The people who run it are very nice and polite. The people who stay at this site also seem very friendly. Great to have no squealing kids running about....

This site is a hidden gem. The grassed area is well maintained and the site well protected hidden behind hedges. Plenty of walks, cycling in the area. Easy cycle ride or walk to Moulton. The windmill well worth a visit. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets which are unisex. No problem with this at all. Would highly recommend

Stayed here for 3 nights on a grass pitch with electric. Adult only and dog friendly. Beautiful little quiet site with spotless facilities, close to Spalding, Wisbech and Kings Lynn. Loved it.

Looking for peace, tranquility and an adults only but dog friendly caravan park for your bank holiday weekend or for other trips you're planning?  We found this one. Hagbeach Manor. Holbeach, Lincs. Simply serene. Close to lots of great day trip ideas. Priced so well, ensures you're able to splurge on those day trips. Toilets and showers always spotless, electric hook up. Just sitting listening to birds with no traffic noise in the background.

This is a gem! We have just left after a weeks stay. 2 toilets and 2 showers always spotless. Friendly welcome from owners. Grass immaculately kept short and hedges neatly trimmed. Nearby Spalding has the Springfields shopping centre which is well worth a visit and the water taxi into Spalding is very pleasant. In the next village of Whaplode St Catherine is a pub called the Blue Bell. Has its own brewery and produces good ales. Every Wednesday is a classic car meet which is well attended. We will certainly come back. 😊

A little gem of a site. Quiet and peaceful, squirrels and hedgehogs for company. Excellent clean facilities. 10 to 15 minutes walk to bus stop for Kings Lynn or Spalding

What a wonderful find, just what we needed for a couple of days stopover on the way to the Peterborough motorhome show. A very clean and tidy site and a very friendly owner. We wouldn't have to think twice about coming again.
