Sarah & Geoff were absolutely amazing and made us feel extremely welcome. The accommodation was flawless! We stayed in The Stables and Hayloft apartments, both equally stunning, spotless and well equipped. The hosts could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. I stayed in the Hayloft for three nights to visit friends. The apartment is beautifully authentic, retaining original features but with excellent facilities. It is an idyllic setting and the garden and hot tub are ideally located to enjoy the view. Sarah and Geoff are very welcoming and encouraged us to enjoy the fresh produce - apples and pears, and Geoff’s excellent ice cream. Will definitely look forward to returning!

We stayed here for a post pandemic wedding celebration. The quaint town and gorgeous countryside are fantastic. Only topped by these accommodations. They are equipped with all the modern items you would want but set in a fantastic Old country estate that’s been renovated, yet keeps its character. The owners Geoff and Sarah are lovely, the gardens are absolutely gorgeous. I almost didn’t want to leave to go to the many events we had planned. In addition, Geoff makes homemade ice cream that we were invited to help ourselves too. ! Perfect comfort after a long day. There are some lovely gentle hikes in the area . We can’t wait to go back to just get some R&R there. I almost didn’t want to write a review because I want to keep the place to myself, LOL

We stayed in the Archway flat in August of this year. The flat was so comfortable and beautifully appointed. The setting was so pretty and peaceful we were able to enjoy the lovely gardens and go for some wonderful walks from our front door. Our hosts, Geoff and Sarah were so welcoming and kind and sorted us out two lovely push bikes to ride so that we could explore the local area. We also visited the beautiful gardens and sculpture park at Burleigh House and saw Ospreys at Rutland Water! What more could you want! We hope to return soon.

First rate accommodation, with lots of character, great facilities and a beautiful location. Geoff and Sarah are extremely helpful and welcoming without being intrusive. The furnishings are top class and the apartment has everything that you need in it to live very comfortably (bed is soooo comfortable). Plenty to explore locally and a beautiful church across the road. Will be back!

Enthusiastic owners Sarah and Geoff are very welcoming. Having stayed in both the Archway apartment and the Stables cottage was a great experience. Immaculate spacious rooms, very well furnished and full of light. Free use of a beautiful garden. Nice villages and market towns, nearby, to explore. Highly recommended!!!

We only stayed for 2 nights but could have stayed much longer. The accommodation was spacious, beautifully fitted out and thoughtfully presented, and would have been perfect for an extended stay. Kingscliff is a character-full town, and we enjoyed a lovely long walk over the fields and wandered in the village. We also visited Stamford which was amazing - like stepping back into a Jane Austen novel - and Burley. It was an easy train trip from Peterborough to London. Would definitely recommend Halls Farm to anyone wanting a short or long stay.

What a fantastic place this is. The attention to detail is second to none. High end fixtures and fittings, even the toilets have their own illuminated lights! We were made to feel so welcome by Sarah and Geoff.
There’s something for everyone, the beautiful village, open countryside, bakery, pub, hot tub, games room - what more could you need?!?!
We can’t recommend this gem of a holiday property highly enough…just brilliant…10/10.
