So close to the terminal. Really friendly reception staff. Room very well designed . Great shower room. Feels much more homely than most airport hotels. Staff at Bristol airport also really friendly. A great alternative to London airports. Silver Parking also very efficient and easy to use. Bus takes you from parking to terminal in 5 minutes . Then just a 5 minute walk to hotel.

i arrived on the "airport flyer"from temple meads,so no parking issues,and had eaten supper before arrival,swift check in,booked an alarm call,room was clean,huge walk in shower."proper coffee" and tea. i slept soundly NO NOISE,04.00 call and early breakfast,continental,lots of choice. no complaints. im glad it wasnt raining as the walk way isnt covered.i would use this hotel again

Great place to stay overnight. 3 minutes from the airport, staff are lovely, rooms are comfortable and clean. Easy for twilight drop off. And regular buses from the silver zone. we use it every time we fly from Bristol. And will use it again..

Spotlessly clean and comfortable . Perfect stay for an early morning flight. | Ideal location for a short walk to airport, could do with walkway being undercover as it was raining. Staff very helpful and friendly. Had evening meal, no complaints.

Amazing service Sema personally provided great help throughout our stay and made our trip super convenient and fun. Additionally, she provided a toothbrush efficiently and in time before our check out at 2 in the afternoon. Overall great experience and would recommend.

There are several positives to this hotel. Firstly, the location; just a short walk to the terminal can’t be beaten. It is spotlessly clean & the staff are very friendly. However, for me the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve slept in, although I appreciate this will be subjective. The evening food offering is frankly poor. An extremely limited menu consisting of items such as burgers, pizzas, jacket potatoes & sandwiches. That’s not everything of course, but you get the picture & when your food arrives 7 minutes after ordering you know it’s a microwave operator rather than a chef in the kitchen. Some will be impressed with the speed & content with the menu, but there are better options in hotels not that far away that will shuttle you to the terminal. Decent airport hotel, let down in a couple of critical areas.

· Excellent hotel and very nice helpful staff, very convenient location and nice rooms. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. It was super convenient to roll out of bed for an early flight. I also thought the quality of the foyer area and rooms decor was high and the beds comfy.||| Factual description of my issue |• Jan 2025 - while entering Hilton’s car park I paused at the barrier for 1-2 minutes (photos show 33 seconds) to confirm we were in the right place while travelling with two tired children in low light with limited visibility of the hotel sign.|• A weeks days later I received a £100 parking charge notice from Vehicle Control Services (a third‑party operator), even though I had not parked - only paused briefly to enter through barriers.|• Hilton confirmed the car park is managed by a third party and said they cannot intervene beyond forwarding correspondence.||Warning to other travellers: You must pass through the barrier in under 30-60 seconds or risk a £100 parking charge.||I wish that I could give it the score without including this issue, and I will amend if they manage to get the charge dropped for me. For me, this is really just a warning on the carpark issue - don't pause as then it's easily avoided.||As for the 3rd party car parking, the sooner these companies are stopped the better. The idea is they keep traffic flowing, but that is not really the case in the entrance to a hotel car park is it, it's a profit centre for the airport as far as I can tell (it's been on the BBC).

Perfect for a stay near the airport! The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfy. The bed was cozy, and the room had everything I needed. Friendly staff and an easy check-in process made it even better. Would definitely stay again.
