I stayed here two weeks ago on a business trip (all covered by my company—feel free to ask which one with a “?”).

As a former Hilton member, I’ve never had a bad experience, and this stay was no exception. The hotel was cosy, comfortable, and clearly puts guest experience first.

Manager Alice was incredibly welcoming and always willing to help. But I have to give a special shoutout to Agnes in the restaurant—she’s an absolute star! So professional, warm, and friendly.

Being the only person out of ten who doesn’t eat meat was not a problem. I simply asked Agnes if there were any meat-free options, and she kindly offered me several delicious choices. Every single one was a hit!

P.S. If you visit—tell Agnes I said hi! 😉💅

Decently priced clean hotel near the airport. You can walk from the hotel to the airport in about 5 mins. |One thing to be aware of is, if you don’t leave a key card in the reader while you’re out your heating cuts off. We visited mid-January so our room was cold on arrival and cold when we got back from having a drink in the bar.

They charged us a 140 dollar resort fee...making a 2 star room 400 dollars. Next time I'll stay elsewhere and pay a cab. What resort? No pool..Staff was not helpful. Food in the adjacent restaurant was out of stock..two options, one was a poor curry. No amenities...I've stayed at better 50.00 hotels. Avoid this joint. Noisy air, bad front desk people...not a Hilton service I've EVER EXPERIENCED before.

I really like this hotel. I stay fairly regularly. The staff are really pleasant and the hotel is always spotless. Rooms are decent with comfy beds a very good shower. Breakfast is decent with hot options. Never had any issues and stayed plenty of times.

Perfect for a short stop at the airport. Nice clean modern rooms although bed somewhat firm. Avoid the top floor due to noisy Aircon units.

One night B&B… does what it says on the box! Room perfectly adequate; clean, tidy & all you need. Mattress maybe a little on the hard side of life for me; but otherwise no complaints… Breakfast OK, perfectly edible but nothing exciting. Glad I was out for dinner; restaurant ‘looked’ soulless, but I ‘may’ be doing it a disservice!

Have stayed here quite a few times and will be back as never had a problem. The reception was friendly and check in was quick. Particular thanks go to Donna who looked after us well and accommodated my request for room 302 without question. The room was very clean as always and we had a comfortable night. Breakfast next day was busy, but while we were there, nothing ran out and the food was hot. Highly recommend this Hilton especially if you’re travelling from Humberside Airport which is a walk away.

I had a special experience when I needed a napkin. It was the last one in the pack… however inside the box I found a Anusol tube (if you know you know) I didn’t want to pick it up, who knows where it had been. However when I showed the reception they were very helpful. I later I received a new box..
