The location is extremely advantageous and very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and standard, the rooms were clean and tidy, and overall it was very much in line with expectations for the corresponding price.The soundproofing is good and the sleep will not be affected by the noise due to the proximity to the airport. The young lady at the front desk was very attentive and professional.
There are two elevators, and you can only reach your own floor by swiping your room card.
It would be perfect if the decaf coffee for breakfast tasted better, but many hotels don't even have decaf coffee.

Quick stop over from Spain before our early morning flight next day. Easy to check in, decent priced bar, and had a lovely meal on special that night. Rooms Very clean, lovely big thick towels. Bed very comfortable, will definitely be using again.

So convenient for the airport. Room was great- clean, spacious and comfortable. The lady at check in was lovely and really helpful. Breakfast was a little disappointing (no bacon and cheap beans on a cooked breakfast is a bit rubbish and a strange thing to drop the standard on.) However, there were some other nice touches, such as a separate toaster for gluten free (don't need this myself but it's not everywhere that realises how important that is for people with an allergy) and a waffle iron to make your own waffle. Parking was expensive, but kind of expected it to be given that we were right at the airport.

Entrance to hotel is via Gatwick north terminal, first floor on the right. Walk though the bridge link and in to the hotel. Hotel was super spacious in the reception area. Checking in was easy but wasn't told I needed a photo ID for airport hotel. Communication on this both should be clear once booked. Room was spacious but got cold in evenings. Restaurant was busy and you had to remember table no before ordering but the bar. Note drinks before 7pm has a discount but they had around £3 for service charge. Service and food was good. Breakfast was lovely plenty of options.

The staff at the hotel were great. When we checked out they reminded us that we could have breakfast, we'd already had it but I appreciated them saying this anyway as it made it feel like they didn't just want to get rid of us. The location is extremely convinient for the airport, you don't even have to go outside. The room itself was nice, modern and clean. The breakfast was decent too. Would pick this hotel again if I had an early flight.

From check in to departure it’s always a pleasure to stay here. It’s now a regular part of our homeward journey to stay at this hotel. Convenient for our next day flight from s Terminal. The rooms are spotless and well equipped. For guests with access to the exec Lounge there is a nice drink and small plate selection. The garden room restaurant has excellent food options. Raji who seems to always be on duty is probably the most attentive waiter we have encountered. His energy is amazing. Breakfast is always great too. I look forward to our next visit. Thank you?

Perfect location for north terminal as inside it, but this means there will be noise disturbance.Our hotel overlooked the terminal next to the shuttle train, which you can hear. The room is fine for 1 night stay, unfortunately the hotel had and issue eith jotvwater do had s cold shower, would hsve been helpful them to out a sign at reception and maybe in the lift to warn and apologise ad there were a number of unhappy guests, but I accept this was out if their control and that were doing their best to fix ASAP.We had breakfast included but only continental as hot breakfast not served until 7am and we had to check in to our flight at 6.30am, but what we had was OK, but wouldn't have paid extra for it.Overall, it was a good convenient hotel for an early flight and would stay again.
