I Had a really nice time today at the clinic. I had a deep tissue neck back and shoulder massage from kadesha! That girls hands are magic ! I’ve been suffering a while because of bad posture, but felt instant relief today after my massage. Thank you so much !! I also had a hydro facial from Laura which was fabulous ! My face looks and feels like it’s had the full works, I’m really happy Thank you Laura.

Both girls created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for me and I can’t wait to go back ‍♀️‍♀️

Don’t book in here for a lash lift!! I’ve spent the last month with my eyelashes curling into my eye and poking me in the eye. As you can see in the photo, my upper lashes are a complete mess!

I’ve had many lash lifts done before and this ‘attempt’ by Kalsoom was awful. One whole half of my right eye was spirally - I couldn’t even put mascara on because it was so tightly wound for so many weeks. The rest were going into my eyes which is dangerous.

Not to mention, Kalsoom has the worst manners. Doesn’t even say hi, or introduce herself, doesn’t say a word thought the whole treatment. She just leaves you alone for an hour, only coming in to change the solutions. It’s awful.

I had the Pamper me package, and it was really good. Lydia was very sweet and talented ! All three treatments were excellent and did feel very pampered. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this salon.

The worst manicure and pedicure I ever had in my life. I took those pictures 5 minutes after .I think my 8 year old daughter would do a better job. 45£ for nothing. Never again!!!

Thank you to Kadesha and the team. My daughter and I had an excellent massage. This was followed by a lovely afternoon tea which had been a voucher treat. Everyone was so kind.

I was booked in for an intimate wax through their website as it says they use hot wax. Although I arrived on time, my wax started 15 minutes late and it felt incredibly rushed, my appointment only lasted ~12mins whilst I paid for 30 mins. Strip wax was used instead of hot wax, I kept having to ask for breaks as the strip wax was significantly more pain than hot wax treatments I've had before for many years. The waxing was also a bit less tidy than I was expecting with hair missed on the bikini line and lines not being particularly clean.

I wish I was told in advance that it was not a hot wax treatment as I would have reconsidered.

I do have thick, coarse hair, but I said this on the "notes" section of the booking, which I don't believe was read or taken into account.

I was treated to a massage which turned out to be an absolute delight,
Becky was professional throughout and her passion shone through.
Total asset. I thought it was a 1 of experience but due to the whole experience I'll be booking up again without question.

lady who did my nails was lovely, but gels that were put on and they only lasted 3 days before chipping on 3 separate nails 🙁 really sad:/

was going to have them fixed and they were happy to do that, though, which was good, just didn’t work out time-wise
