Yesterday, 22/09/2024, we visited Combe Martin again, as we loved it so much. We were hungry and wanted to eat before the journey home. We looked around to find a nice cafe. We then found the Harbour Cafe.

On entering the cafe, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The tables were laid out beautifully, and the menu was clearly visible on the wall. My wife sat down at our table, and I ordered our food. A lovely, polite, helpful, and welcoming lady served us. When ordering, I was informed that the breakfasts may take a little longer as they are cooked fresh. This was refreshing to hear, but trust me, the wait was very worth it!

The flat white and latte we were served were delightful, well made, and served in real china cups and saucers. My wife could not believe how lovely the coffee was, so she ended up ordering two cups—that's how nice it was. My Latte was simply delightful, and I really enjoyed it.

Now, on to the breakfast. My wife and I have been to many cosy little places in Devon and Southwest. We have eaten breakfast at other cafes and thought, yes, this is lovely, but OMG, this breakfast was the BEST we have ever had. It was made fresh, very well presented, and HOT! We both really enjoyed our food. It was well worth the money I paid for two large breakfasts. A compliment to the Chef, indeed. If you are reading this review, please eat at The Harbour Cafe, Combe Martin, Devon. It's simply a pleasure to experience this lovely cafe.

My boyfriend and I were just leaving Coombe Martin and decided to eat at The Harbour Cafe. Kalib served us and he was lovely. I had toasted cheese and tomato and my boyfriend had a sausage and bacon sandwich. It was all made fresh and so worth the wait (not long at all). I can kick myself for not eating there everyday. Boyfriend said it was the best he has had and same with me. Your place is amazing!

lovely little family run cafe. Stopped off for an early breakfast with the family whilst out for a day trip. Coffee was excellent and so was the full english. Would highly recommend.

Stopped for a breakfast on a pretty miserable morning and cheered by a lovely cooked breakfast (£9each) with no extra charge for a pot of tea.
Clean, tidy and efficient service.
Perfect break between showers. X

( Note this cafe is in Coombe Martin, which itself was a little underwhelming but thats because we had just visited Ilfracoombe, Woolacoombe and Montehoe which was particularly charming. And with better weather!)
Still, worth a visit x
