Harbour Heights Hotel - Poole

Found this Gem out of being let down from an awful dingy cold Premier Inn the night before in Poole. We needed a comfortable and warm place to sleep for the night and Harbour Heights Hotel did not disappoint.

Since enquiring over the phone with the Lovely Molly. She was able to confirm accessibility requirements for my wife and I. She really went above and beyond to confirm things for us. Confirming choices for the room as well as rates etc. In the end we booked via the website directly to take advantage of their Winter Offer including Breakfast.

The room we initially booked sadly wasn't suitable due to my wife's wheelchair not being able to navigate it. However Molly was quick to be able to find a solution and we were able to get a squarer bathroom for her to comfortably get around it. The View was spectacular of the bay from the Balcony and the room stayed in was warm all night. She even gave us a Dyson Heater should we need further comfort.

Car park is located directly outside with 2 Disabled Bays marked both were in use however she kindly let us use the Managers space which we greatly appreciated! Lift is available to the room & Breakfast was excellent and worth it.

Her attention to detail and genuine kindness made the world of difference to us and we greatly appreciated it. She's a gem and the Hotel chain is lucky to have her.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Harbour Heights Hotel ! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome, and our furry friend was treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

One of the highlights of our stay was the special welcome they gave to our dog. Upon check-in, they provided us with a food bowl and a generous supply of treats, which made our pup feel right at home.

The room was spotless and cozy, with plenty of space for both us and our dog to relax.
They made us all feel so welcome, and it’s a place we’ll definitely return to on our next trip. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Excellent location and views. Room and bed comfy. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly, efficient and polite.|Food at breakfast was cooked to order rather than buffet and the quality showed why this is a good thing. |Why, oh why, was just a very small plastic container of shower gel felt adequate for two people. It was just (just) enough for one. Pity those who want more than one shower a day. Single use plastic for shower gel is not good for the planet. Why scrimp on something like this. More is expected of a hotel of this calibre.

The room was fine and had an incredible views.
The breakfast was not at all good. It was barely warm, the scrambled eggs were really very bad and the sausages and bacon could have been cooked more. Unfortunately the manager in the restaurant was quite rude in the way he spoke with the younger staff, who were all lovely, smiley and attentive.

My family and I had a lovely roast dinner today at the Harbour Heights restaurant at Sandbanks, Poole.
The food was delicious, the views are spectacular, the hotel decor is amazing and the staff are so friendly.
We are looking forward to going back again soon!!
I would definitely recommend Harbour Heights to others.

We booked Harbour Heights for the night before and the night of our Wedding being one of the closest hotels to our venue. The Reservations Team were fab in supporting me with the logistics of a large group booking for friends and family - huge thanks to Paul who worked with us for nearly 18 months to get this right. ||I have visited the hotel a number of times being a local of the area and have always loved the stunning views and facilities at the hotel, but the service we received from the ground team to support setting our room up ready for my Bridal Party the next morning was amazing. Nothing was too much for them and they made it a really enjoyable experience for us. ||We’ll be back next year for our first anniversary!

We stayed for eleven nights in this beautiful hotel and were impressed from the moment we walked through the door. We were greeted by extremely pleasant reception staff and directed to our beautiful room.
The hotel was welcoming , clean and very pleasant. The views were amazing .
We dined in the hotel each evening in their restaurants and enjoyed the wonderful cuisine.
