Wow I love this place ? how quaint and beautiful. This was my first time to Chichester, as an events company we get to stay in a lot of hotels but this is my favourite by far. ||Attention to detail is superb with free Gin and a coffee machine in the room. The king size bed was super comfy and cozy. ||The decor is just stunning and the staff attended to our every need. We arrived later in the evening and Laura was kind enough to keep the spa open for me so that I could use it after dinner which I really appreciated. The food was excellent from breakfast to dinner.||The events team were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. The room was great and ideal for our event.|I can highly recommend and can’t wait to return. Thank you for amazing customer service ?

Beautiful hotel, loved it, the rooms were lovely and comfortable and the staff welcoming and friendly. The food was good but I have marked it down because we waited 1 hour 40 mins for our dinners and that's unacceptable in any circumstances.

We had our son’s wedding at the venue and we could not fault one thing..everything was seamless.. all staff were professional and helpful. The setting was beautiful.|A special thank you to Alex the cocktail king try his cocktail jungle juice! He was welcoming and so friendly and to Millie the receptionist who was very patient and made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble

Wow what a fabulous meal. We had three courses each and loved every one. Their service was excellent from Eve. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even adjusting the menu as I don't eat meat.||Would 100% recommend here and cant wait to go back

The cleanliness was very good . The staff were friendly and polite although some more training for the bar staff would be good . Their cocktail knowledge was limited . Also some ingredients were missing ! No white rum or passion fruit liquer dissapointing as my wedding guests chose both cocktails they couldn't make.|The spa was very small , the water I felt was cold also the steam room as I didn't have a treatment I can't comment on that.|As it was lunchtime I asked for some sandwiches after my wedding ceremony. But I was told no sandwiches only a 2 course meal or snacks! We did have 2 bowls of chips in the end . Come on you are supposed to be a 4 star definitely not in my opinion. I have stayed in many hotels so i do have knowledge of standards that should be met .Overpriced certainly. |Dirty dishes left on the tables in the bar dissapointing Harbour Hotel

For the fourth year running we booked an afternoon tea at the Harbour Hotel, Chichester, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Sadly the standard this year appears to have deteriorated.
The staff were wonderful, welcoming and cheerful. We enjoyed a complimentary glass of Prosecco each.
I had ordered a gluten free tea and compared to previous years the selection of gluten free cakes, which were also given to my husband, was very poor and all appeared to be shop bought whereas in previous years the cakes were special, as was the bread which used to be home baked. The selection of gluten free sandwiches was good, but again the bread seemed to be shop bought. The scones were lovely.

Visited Chichester for a couple of days and stayed in this really well located old dame of a hotel. |Staff were excellent, however the hotel needs some TLC, damp patches on ceilings, maintenance required, but charming.|The rooms at the front of the hotel are very hot and stuffy in warm sunny weather and no air conditioning, and windows can only be opened marginally. |Good dinner and breakfast. Note car parking is very limited.
