We had a gift voucher for the harbour group and chose this hotel. We picked a special offer of a sunday night getaway with an extremely good discount off of the a la carte. We had a great time. What a lovely hotel. The room was lovely, we had a part harbour view. The outside areas are gorgeous. Food was great in dinner and breakfast. I used the spa which again was nice but there are no windows and its quite dark so for me personally it wasnt the best spa I had been to but I think thats personal preference.The area is lovely. We visited Mudeford which is just down the road and Chruistchurch Quay. It is one of my favourite areas to visit. I wouldnt hesitate to book again.

We had an amazing celebration yesterday, thank you to Hannah, Lindsay and Charlotte for the planning and co-ordination behind the scenes it was a success. The Library looked great and the only complaint with the menu was that everyone was so full after it because it was to good not to finish. ||The scene stealer was the cake - we can honestly say we have never seen one so big - thanks to the chef.||Amy looked after us beautifully - so attentive, friendly and professional she took all the work away from me (without prompting) which was amazing and rare. ||We are sitting back today remembering the day … and eating more of that cake!

Nice hotel, great rooms, fabulous spa and pool. Bramley toiletries, tea, coffee and biscuits and the famous gin, along with tonic water, what more would you want?!|Service was a bit slow in the Upper Deck restaurant, as it was very busy but the food was very good. Continental breakfast was ok.|We all had a great time and would hope to return.

We loved our stop over here. A few days spent relaxing.

Excellent spa facilities, two great restaurant options, and some fantastic nearby walks along the coast and across to Mudeford.

We stayed here for 5 nights in a cosy, inland view room and had a fantastic time. The continental breakfast was excellent. There was a good range of food and it was constantly being restocked. The hotel garden/grounds to the rear are a perfect place to spend a quiet afternoon/evening with a drink. Our room was very well appointed and very comfortable. The complimentary gin and tonic is a nice touch as well as the trolley which comes round daily offering ice, lemon/lime slices, fresh milk and water. The weather was very hot during our stay and the fan in the room was good but moving forward, air conditioning would be a bonus. We will definitely return!

A totally enjoyable visit. All the hotel staff were quietly efficient, well presented, knowledgeable, and courteous. |The most comprehensive, quality Continental Breakfast ever! Also, the evening meal menu was excellent, and the fish delicious.

Back to our favourite hotel, only one night but still wonderful.|As usual from reception, a friendly arrival to the room and everything laid out perfectly.|We have a wonderful walk to Mudeford harbour and beach.|After the sea air we are looking forward to our evening meal.|Our daughter gets very upset if too busy and although we chose the table we had to ask to change but everyone was fantastic in helping us more smoothly to a quiet table. You have no idea how that made our evening perfect.|We had a very good nights sleep.|Next day the wonderful selection of breakfast fruits and cereals and pastries and cooked and continental selection, so difficult to choose.|Thank you again to the wonderful staff and Amy, Rafa and Molly and your assistant manager in restaurant.|You help our stay be perfect.

Stayed here for 2 nights after we got married nearby. Staff were lovely on check in and congratulated us on our wedding! Our room was really nice and had a good view of the harbour.
We had a couples massage in the spa and a really lovely dinner in the Jetty restaurant which felt very special! Breakfast was super tasty each morning and the area nearby is beautiful.
Very relaxing trip! Would definitely recommend for a special stay
