Hadn't been for a while and was very impressed with the upgrade. Breakfast was hot ,tasty quick and excellent value. Very clean and the staff are great.

Excellent staff followed by Excellent food! The choice is amazing and is cooked and served, in my view to restaurant standard. Quality and quantity, prompt service makes this place a logical attraction to locals, visitors and workers alike.
Best chicken mayo salad sandwiches ever had...believe me. Breakfasts, pastas, the lot! Stayed B&B basis so had plenty of opportunity to hear other comments. All good, none bad - only reference needed for this hidden Luton gem. B&B is warm, comfortable and benefits from excellent food downstairs. Visit!!!

Nice service, good food, but staff must be more ATTENTIVE when they bring the plates to the table and should tie the hair nicely in a bun, as I found twice hair on top of the food.

Only used the cafe but I found it clean and friendly. Appreciated the fact that I could ask for fried bread as so many places do not put it on the menu! Eggs were perfect! Only problem is the walk from the town!
