Loved it. The room was clean and comfortable. Very well equipped, ironing board, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, good size fridge, tea, coffee, cereals and water supplied. |Well decorated. Felt very homely.|Wendy was so helpful and friendly. We felt very welcome.|Well located and great value.|We even got to stay an extra night 😊 |Didnt want to go home!

Pay before you arrive! Very clean room, great shower.
Breakfast was cereal from a station setup in your room.
Seems like a normal house, but does not matter. Great value.

We had a fantastic and relaxing stay here. Our room was super-clean, nicely decorated with some lovely and thoughtful touches. Wendy kept in contact throughout and was an example of exactly what a host should be. No issues with parking, lovely hot shower, large and comfortable bed and short walk into town. Throw in the beauty of the area generally and this was quite easily one of the best places we have stayed. Great value for money. Oh, and Arthur the dog is great as well!

We were doing a days sailing at the local marina. This accommodation was a perfect base. The standard of the accommodation was excellent, the owner had thought of everything. There was breakfast facilities, a really comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom. |I would absolutely recommend.

Very nice. Very clean. Great size room. Tea, coffee, cereal, and milk. Everything you would need. There are plenty of places to eat. We would definitely recommend.

Wendy the owner is a delight. Clear instructions on on arrival.||||Bed and all furnishings top drawer. Fully contained with Microwave and all other accessories. Very clean. Like being being home from home. Perfect location for trips to the New Forest etc. Parking a bonus. In short, as a seasoned traveller, this has to be up there with the best accommodation I have stayed at. Well done Wendy!!

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at harford en-suit rooms |There's every thing you need the property is lovely our room was just awesome lovely comfortable bed great shower plus a gorgeous roll top bath the place was spotless we thoroughly enjoyed our time here|Wendy the owner is lovely and obviously works bloody hard at this |We enjoyed a few little chats with her and her dog Arthur 🐕 nothing us too much trouble |Wouldn't hesitate staying here again the new forest was brilliant sailing one day with lunch over to the isle of Wight |Visits to Brockenhurst Lyndhurst bucklers hard |And Lymington just down the road an excellent few days away |Keep up your good work wendy and Arthur

What a lovely place to stay, perfect base for exploring the new forest . Wendy the owner is so so lovely and can’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. This is our 2nd visit this year and we are definitely heading back again.
