I initially attended a massage session with Harmony Holistic Wellness as a Father's Day present from my son.
My wife was a regular client and as I had not experienced any kind of massage therapy before, I was a little nervous and unsure of what to expect.

My fears soon vanished though as I received a warm welcome and introduction to the therapy session from Gigi. She provided me with professional guidance and instantly put me at ease.

I perform a stressful and taxing job that requires a regular commute to London and been informed that I need to find methods to reduce my stress levels. Regular sessions with Gigi has certainly improved my mental and physical well-being. The therapy session is in a calm, relaxed environment and Gigi will concentrate on certain areas of your body that she feels are tight. After an hour session you feel back to 100% again.

I will continue to visit Gigi as part of my routine and would whole-heartily recommend her expertise!

Being a Reflexologist myself I was intrigued to know what a facial reflexology treatment would feel like. Firstly, Gigi's treatment room is an oasis of calm and subtle scents of aromatherapy. She herself is warm and friendly and has a gentleness that puts one at ease immediately. My treatment began with a relaxing facial massage which was incredible. This was followed with facial reflexology - I was trying to keep up with where on the face Gigi was working but truthfully I just went off somewhere and felt transported. She then followed the treatment with a head massage that had my scalp buzzing.
I'm totally hooked. Anyone who thinks Reflexology is just a foot treatment think again. There are so many points on the face and Gigi knew exactly what she was doing. A real masterclass in how to do a face treatment. I can't wait for my next one.
A tip: drink lots of water after to flush those toxins...

Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough, every time I go I get consistent, personalised, quality treatment. I have been getting facials here once a month for over two years. Gigi is wonderful! She is so experienced and she does miracles to my acne skin. Not a single second is wasted. The whole experience is so relaxing and almost spiritual. Love coming here!
