Booked a room as a friend was having a party locally and needed somewhere to sleep afterwards. Had low expectations as room was quite cheap. Was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Very friendly staff, room was perfect and breakfast hit the spot. Also car park was ample and train station just across the road which makes transport simple whatever form you use.

We were really impressed with our stay at Harpers Steakhouse in Haslemere. Looking for a reasonably priced hotel for a one-night stay, we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The room was comfortable, air-conditioned (a real plus on a rare hot evening), with a good bed, quality sheets, and complimentary water, a small touch I always appreciate.||Dinner was great. I hadn’t had BBQ ribs in years and thoroughly enjoyed them. The whole meal was very good. Staff throughout were excellent, but special mention goes to Anya, who stood out for her cheerful, chatty, and genuinely helpful approach from check-in right through dinner service.||If we’re staying in the area again, we’ll definitely return.

We went for lunch. Really impressed with the quality of the lunch menu and the range of options. An incredible price for a set menu and the portions are all massive, identical to the regular menu. Surprised they do it as it’s such a good deal. Very much recommend the fried chicken burger, as well as the loaded hash browns. The Oreo waffle was so excellent too!

Staff were all super nice and welcoming. Probably just good vibes in the air today but the people inside were super friendly and happy as well, and my baby enjoyed all the attention and new faces! Highly recommended.

Didn’t stay in the hotel but walked in for breakfast, greeted pleasantly by the staff. Our server was very good.

The food was great, they even had a self serve cereal and juice bar.

Free 4 hour car park for customers!

My 11yo son and his friend had their first independent dining experience yesterday at Harper’s Steakhouse in Haslemere. It was a surprise for the boys but booked in advance with the restaurant, and it couldn’t have been a better experience.

The boys were extremely well looked after by the staff and reported delicious food and lots of tempting desserts. Considering it was the first time they’d been to a restaurant without adults we’re grateful to the staff for their attention and kindness.

As the boys said themselves “Thank you so much for this WE WILL NEVER FORGET THIS!”.

I’m certain we’ll return soon.

Held a birthday gathering here a little while ago. Food was great and staff arranging the evening were helpful. Only downside is when we arrived the staff member at the door said as loudly as humanly possible when i gave her the booking name, "oh your here for the surprise party" ...... Yep. Well done for ruining the "surprise" element. Perhaps a bit more tact and common sense required by some staff.

We had a meal here for a celebration and it was a 10/10 experience. The menu is great, with something for everyone. The dishes was super flavourful, especially the tacos. Good deals going on throughout the week. And the cocktails are amazing too, with a wide menu again. The staff were all very attentive and super nice. Overall a great night, we'll be back for more of the weekly deals.
