The whole property and my room room were extremely well appointed and super comfortable, and I enjoyed glimpses of the Cathedral while Paul served his trademark very generous freshly -cookedbreakfasts. Parking is secure and easy, and the Cathedral precinct is a very pleasant short walk away along the river. This was a delightful stay and I really wish I could have stayed more than the three nights I booked!

Staying with Paul and Heidi was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, their hospitality was outstanding. The accommodations were truly top-notch—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. And let's talk about breakfast! Paul’s poached eggs were seriously the best I've ever had; perfectly cooked and utterly delicious. The location is ideal too, with just a short, easy walk to the high street where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. I can't recommend staying here enough if you're looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay!

We stayed here during the last bank holiday for 2 nights.
There is no enough word to describe my experience staying here! Exceptional. It was like a 5 star hotel service, I do not know why they call themselves as Bed & Breakfast place! 🙂

The room was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable, we slept like a baby for 2 nights. All towels, nice shampoo, conditioner, hand soup & cream options. Everything made me feel like I'm at home!

The room had a good coffee maker, with complementary coffee pods, different tea bags, and snacks. Fresh filtered water, and a fridge in the room. Also plenty of more options at the first floor to help yourself.

Heidi and Paul were so friendly, but the best part of all was the breakfast! That's why I only have photos from breakfast! Paul cooks breakfast freshly, you can choose different options for each morning, high quality excellently cooked. They should open a breakfast place in the town!! 🙂

We loved staying here. Heidi and Paul were so welcoming and provided spotless accommodation. Our room had everything we needed and with every minute detail thought out. Harriet House was close to the city centre. Our cooked breakast was superb. We would definitely stay again.

Exceptional. Very accessible from Canterbury West station. Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The room has a good coffee maker, with complementary coffee pods and snacks. Fresh filtered water and a fridge in the room. There's a beautiful outdoor area too. The hosts are really friendly, but best of all is the breakfast, plentiful, and a lot of choice, with high quality excellently cooked ingredients. ( The breakfast is really good, better than any of the high end cafés in town!). The breakfast room is also very good, taking the time for a leisurely breakfast is well worth it.

Heidi and Paul are lovely hosts. The bedroom was spotlessly clean. We stayed in the Superior Peacock bedroom which was beautifully designed. Facilities were very good with lots of tea and coffee supplies and fridge in room a nice touch. Bed was comfy and we slept well. Ample breakfast was supplied.

One of the best stays I had during my 3 months in the UK. Heidi and Paul were amazing hosts and the house itself was very impressive. Room was cozy, bathroom a little small, but as expected for a single room (at least it was en suite). Breakfast was outstanding - restaurant quality food being prepared by Paul. House is within walking distance to the city centre with parking available in the back in a gated yard. Highly recommend everyone stay here at least once in their life!

Lovely place to stay within 15 minutes walk of the city. Paul & Heidi are great hosts and have thought of everything from helpful labels in the room and a great information pack to sleep masks /ear plugs and USB points for charging. |The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. |If we come back this way in the future, we'd definitely stay here again.
